The branch manager, Carl Spencer, displayed a level of customer service that I thought to be lost to the ravages of the post-Covid 20-something crowd. Carl is a mature straight shooter with decades of banking experience who will go to great lengths to ensure your personal happiness. “Chase bank and Peter Suarez are absolutely AMAZING! A big shout out to Peter for being the best of the best! We just recently moved to Arizona from Kansas. I have always loved my bank in Kansas which I have had for 30 years. I was reluctant to make a change but knew I had to open a local account. We went to Chase bank in Cave Creek (right by our house). We were set up with Peter Suarez. He is a God send for sure. He opened up a new account for me and immediately put my mind at ease. He explained everything to me, got me all set up and even did a follow up call the next day. He is super smart and excellent at every aspect of his job! He got all of my paper work together and of course gave me his info incase we had any questions. He has excellent customer service skills combined with his understanding of banking. I knew we were in the best of hands. We have had our accounts with him for 3 months now and we couldn’t be happier. Everything is so simple and easy. I am so pleased and grateful for Peter and Chase bank. I feel like he could be running the entire show.... he is that intelligent! He looks the part and is the part! “I have been going to this Chase branch for more than 20 years. They have the absolute best employees working there. Whenever there is a turnover I feel bad because of the relationship developed over the years. The best part is that the new replacements are just as friendly and courteous than the last one. “The people here are the most friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable bank staff I have ever met. It is literally the customer service you would expect from a 5-Star Hotel. They greet you when you come in, have water available in the lobby, bring you back to their desks, are fast, and are efficient. We drive about 15 minutes to this location, because they are the best around. We have our bank account, home loan, and daughter's account there. Way to go Wells Fargo!!”

“I’m honestly a little appalled at the lower ratings for this Bank of America branch, because I’ve had the complete opposite experience. I think people are often much more motivated to leave bad reviews than good ones, and I wanted to help change that by sharing my experience.
Christopher first helped me open my personal checking account, and he recently went above and beyond to help me open my business checking account as well. He is thoughtful, genuine, professional, and truly cares about the people he helps.
Honestly, every employee I’ve interacted with at this branch over the last several visits has gone out of their way to be kind, helpful, and make sure my experience was positive. Their communication is on point.
I HIGHLY recommend this branch. I noticed some reviews mention that the branch is “too small,” but honestly, that’s exactly why I keep coming back. It feels more personal, welcoming, and relationship-focused instead of rushed and transactional.

“I made an online reservation a couple days in advance of our appt. That same day I received a call from Stephan with Chase. He was the rep our appt was booked with in the next 2 hrs. He informed me, he was not a notary (which I needed and requested) and would not be able to fulfill the request. He was very apologetic! Instead of just hanging up and not taking responsibility; he provided info to the next closes branch. In addition he called them on my behave to see if they had an appt available. They did not but Stephan did offer to reschedule me which unfortunately did not work for my timeframe. He then again offered another solution.Which did workout.THANK YOU for working to find a solution and not just shrugging it off as if it wasn't your problem. (Hope that makes sense:)U R a Rockstar!”

“This review is for Joshua's stellar customer service...11 years dedicated to Chase and 5 years in Carefree. He opened an account for me during an emotional time several monthes ago. Today I had a meltdown and he listened, fixed and managed my transaction with grace, empathy and kindness. I was close to canceling my banking with Chase, but Joshua restored my faith in customer service. Definitely a lesson for upper level management and CEO's to understand...face to face customer service makes all the difference.
I called both local branches and could not get a live prson.”
