“This is the second time I've had a vehicle repaired by Caliber. I was so pleased with the first experience I took my work truck in after an incident. We all know insurance can be a hurdle for the repairs as they are always looking for an escape avenue. These guys and gals at Caliber were absolutely amazing, The office staff kept me up to date on progress, helped me get the insurance issues solved quickly and called me directly when things needed to be addressed in a timely fashion. The end result was a perfect repair, my truck looks great and working of truck box beds is no picnic. Both doors are new! What a privilege to have the Caliber team work on our fleet unit! So, I'll give them 4 because I felt they did more good to me and I felt there were more on the honest side.”
