“I stopped into this AutoZone location to pick up windshield wipers and had an excellent experience from start to finish. The moment I walked in, a gentleman greeted me and asked what I was looking for. I mentioned windshield wipers, and instead of sending me to the book or an aisle, he immediately said he would take care of it and helped me right there.
He quickly found the correct wipers, and by the time I was ready to pay, he had already coordinated with another associate to install them on my car. A younger associate with glasses was outside installing the blades before I even walked out the door.
That level of service is rare. It was truly one stop shopping and a very enjoyable experience. I regret not getting their names, but both employees were professional, efficient, and genuinely helpful. I highly recommend this location.”
