“I’ve bought many cars over the years with 99% being painful experiences. This is why ALOT of people go to places like Carvana for a “hassle free” process. BUT LET ME TELL YOU ABOUT Jim Trafficanta and the people at Chapman Hyundai! This man is what all dealerships should model to represent. Honesty, integrity, kindness and the willingness to go to bat for you. The experience from start to end was pleasant and painless. From Jim Trafficanta to Blake Williams, I couldn’t ask for a better team. I NEVER BUY EXTRA WARRANTY! Yet somehow I walked out with 2 add-ons! Why? Because they were honest, laid it all out for me, answered any questions I had and at no point did I feel pressured. This should be EVERY car buying experience.

“Pretty good service advisor. But, I’m shocked, They charge $130 for a synthetic oil change. That’s crazy! Other dealerships are well under that price for synthetic oil change. I did not get my oil changed at this dealership because the price was way too high. Hey Chapman, lower your oil prices for your customers. You’re ripping them off!?”
“I brought my BMW 340i to First Class Auto Body after it was in an accident that ultimately got totaled by my insurance. Even though the car didn't end up getting repaired, the team was incredibly helpful and supportive throughout the whole claims process.
I was so impressed that I came back to have them do a pre-purchase inspection on my next car. The Carfax showed prior damage but gave no details, so I had them take a look. They were able to identify specifics about the accident and confirmed the repair work had been done to a high standard. They were thorough, honest, and professional. I would highly recommend them and will not hesitate to use them again in the future.”

“Great shop and excellent service. When I dropped my car off, I told Jose that my main concern was not the schedule — I just wanted the repair done right. I asked him to take whatever time was needed to repair the damage properly and bring the car back to the way it looked when I drove it off the showroom floor.
I went to trade school for collision repair and refinishing, and I have worked in both restoration shops and commercial/production collision repair shops. Because of that, I know what to look for, and I pay close attention to the quality of the repair, the refinish work, and the small details that most people may not notice.
Jose and his crew absolutely delivered. The quality of the repair and refinishing work was outstanding. They brought my car back to showroom condition, and the level of care and attention to detail honestly felt more like restoration-shop quality than a typical commercial collision repair.
That kind of workmanship is hard to find these days, but Jose and his team got it right. I am still impressed with how well the car turned out. If you are looking for a collision repair shop that takes pride in doing the job correctly, I highly recommend Caliber Collision and Jose’s team.

All the wiring and the placement of the unit was first class work. I will be returning to Venture Off-Road for more work. UPDATE: I just spent 9 days in Yellowstone National Park. The Jackery DC to DC charger Venture installed worked perfectly. The spot Venture put it in was just where it needed to be. The device saved me hours and hours of trying to charge my Jackery 2000 with solar power in cloudy Yellowstone.”

Violet, greeted me and was very informative, professionally addressing my needs and concerns with kindness and consideration; and Jacob, who conducted the inspection of my vehicle with me, was also, very professional, kind and considerate. He let me know what to expect and told me I would be contacted regarding a status update in the near future through my insurance agent.

“My pressure washer needed a new carburetor and a repair shop wanted $225 which was $100 under the cost of a new pressure washer. I bought a carburetor from Mechanic Surplus for $60, installed it myself and it works like new. If you need replacement parts at a great price, I’d highly recommend Mechanic Surplus!”

“Was getting ready to head out on a trip with our RV trailer and while doing the safety checks noticed the lights weren’t working. Called to see if Fish’s had time for us to swing by and get them looked at. The person on the phone said “let’s see if we can save you some time and money” and told me where to probably find the fuse for the aftermarket connector U-Haul had installed in our vehicle so I could check it myself. In doing so I found that it had come disconnected entirely. Easy fix and we were able to get on our way. I much appreciate the help and honesty from a shop. They could have easily had us come in and made some easy money off us.”
