“I have been a customer of AutoZone Northsight location since 2014. I have purchased multiple car batteries and many, many windshield wipers. Arizona weather, am I right? The service that I have received deserves a rave review. It is overdue.I will never purchase a car battery anywhere else. Let me tell you why. You can find an AutoZone anywhere.On Christmas Eve, my car battery died. I was stranded for days waiting for the car shop where I purchased the battery to reopen after the holiday break. When the shop reopened, things did not work out like I expected with the warranty. At AutoZone, all I had to do was provide my telephone number and the last car battery that was purchased in 2016 popped up and all of the details regarding that battery with its warranty. True, it had expired but I did not have to refresh memories or contend with new employees. It’s all there. Done.So from now on, this is where I’ll be purchasing my car batteries. I support small business, but with my car battery, I need to have my battery serviced whenever and wherever I am.Thank you, AutoZone, for getting me back on the road.”

“This is my first yelp review but I have to give a shout out to the O'Reilly's on Scottsdale Rd and Gold Dust. A few weeks ago I was driving on the 101 in my mustang when the rear-view mirror fell out of its socket. I was afraid to drive so I stopped here to get a temporary stick up mirror until I could get to the Ford shop. The first person to help me came out to look at my car and see what I needed. He then referred me to a second employee-a young man , I believe his name was Connor- who came out and in the 108° heat spent a long time in an awkward position managing to put my rearview mirror back into place and secure it. And there was no charge! I was so grateful! I stopped by this particular shop because they had helped my daughter with an earlier problem. If you have any issues with your car or any questions, I recommend you stop at O'Reilly's first!”

“I went in today because I've been having issues with my work truck battery connection lately and was greeted by Max and Leo at the front registers. They directed me to the battery section of the store where I could purchase new terminals. I wasn't 100% sure on which size terminals to purchase until I was assisted by a fellow named Richard. He was very knowledgeable about which parts to purchase and I ended up doing the job fairly quickly in the parking lot. I was offered to use the tools of the store if I didn't have my own. I did end up having all the tools to do the job except for a wire brush to clean the battery post in which the store associates offered to loan me one which i greatly appreciate. I am very happy with the service provided and the great attitude of all the employees and I will be returning whenever I have to purchase any Auto parts. Thanks again!”

“I spoke with Jan a few months ago regarding a radiator. I wish I could get service like this everywhere, definitely much more helpful than most.I ultimately purchased from Napa online as there was a 20% off and free delivery deal that made the name brand radiator competitive with lower quality or possibly counterfeit units found elsewhere. But it was the helpfulness of the staff and willingness to source the part that made me choose Napa.Update: Not sure why the owner of the store feels this was not the experience they wanted me to have. If the concern is why did I buy online instead of at the store, I forgot to mention that at the time I called there was a shortage and the Denso I wanted wasn't immediately available. A week or so later it came available online with 20% discount and free delivery, saving me a long trip. I do hope this does not reflect poorly on the staff, I think they're the best.In closing, I'm completely satisfied with my experience and will shop there again.-Ken”
