“I brought my BMW 340i to First Class Auto Body after it was in an accident that ultimately got totaled by my insurance. Even though the car didn't end up getting repaired, the team was incredibly helpful and supportive throughout the whole claims process.
I was so impressed that I came back to have them do a pre-purchase inspection on my next car. The Carfax showed prior damage but gave no details, so I had them take a look. They were able to identify specifics about the accident and confirmed the repair work had been done to a high standard. They were thorough, honest, and professional. I would highly recommend them and will not hesitate to use them again in the future.”

“I got hit by a flying object on the freeway and my insurance recommended this shop.
I am super happy with my repair and the experience. They helped to coordinate my pickup and drop off with Enterprise (where my insurance reserved my rental car). I was messaged when the paint was done and when my car was being re-assembled. My car was supposed to be ready on Friday, but I was able to pick up a few days early on Tuesday!”
“I can’t say enough great things about my experience at AutoNation Subaru Scottsdale Airpark, especially about Ward Bizzell.
I had accidentally left my garage door opener in the loaner car, and although Ward didn’t take my initial phone call, once he became aware of what was going on, he immediately took charge. He stopped what he was doing, rallied everyone to help track it down, and went above and beyond to make sure we found it.
He even let me charge my car while everything was being sorted out, which was incredibly kind and helpful.
What really stood out to me was how genuinely pleasant, patient, and helpful Ward was through the entire situation. He didn’t make me feel like I was inconveniencing him or that this was someone else’s problem — he simply jumped in and helped.
That kind of customer service is becoming harder and harder to find. Everyone at this location was wonderful, and I truly felt like they cared about helping me.
I can’t recommend this location enough! If you’re looking for a Subaru and, more importantly, want to experience amazing customer service, go see Ward and the team at AutoNation Subaru Scottsdale Airpark. They truly went above and beyond! ❤”

“My pressure washer needed a new carburetor and a repair shop wanted $225 which was $100 under the cost of a new pressure washer. I bought a carburetor from Mechanic Surplus for $60, installed it myself and it works like new. If you need replacement parts at a great price, I’d highly recommend Mechanic Surplus!”
“I do a lot of research before I employ a shop to work on my Jeep. Venture Off-Road came in on top, and I was not disappointed. They installed a Jackery DC to DC charger and did a beautiful job. All the wiring and the placement of the unit was first class work. I will be returning to Venture Off-Road for more work. UPDATE: I just spent 9 days in Yellowstone National Park. The Jackery DC to DC charger Venture installed worked perfectly. The spot Venture put it in was just where it needed to be. The device saved me hours and hours of trying to charge my Jackery 2000 with solar power in cloudy Yellowstone.”

“I DIYed a hitch on a MB GLB250. Did everything right and it looked great but after putting it all together I got a sensor error. I texted back and forth with Jason and he was very helpful. On March 23, I scheduled a dent repair with Raintree Auto Body for April 27, SPECIFICALLY with a drop off on Sunday, April 26.
When I called to confirm the repair and drop-off, I was told they have no ability to receive the vehicle during off hours. With no other options for drop-off, this has caused me to cancel the repair and lose over one month of my time. They should have been more forthright during the scheduling of the appointment”
“Came here to get a brake line replaced, and because I have a Ford Transit mid-roof van, the nearby shops said they couldn't accommodate me due to the height. From the initial call to the in-person visit, everything was well explained and professional. My service rep Kevin was attentive and kept me in the loop the whole time. The online portal was super easy to use, and financing was available which I was thankful for due to this surprise emergency. The waiting lounge was comfortable with free popcorn, water bottles, coffee and tea! Will def come back if any other maintenance needs arise.”
