βMade a short notice appointment due to warning light and they were able to work me in the very next day. Planned on waiting several hours just due to the short notice and they got me in and out in less than 90 mins, unbelievable. Prompt and friendly service and my first visit was very similar a couple years ago. Take your Euro car here…you’ll be glad you did!!β

βNormally, I do a lot of my own work and routine maintenance on my car. When it comes to suspension and alignments, however, that isnβt something I have the capability to do myself. When it finally came time to replace my control arms and my rear air suspension, I chose to take my car (and my parts) to Airpark Auto Clinic. Everything was super easy from start to finish, and they were able to do the job in less than two days from the time I dropped it off. The price for the labor was fair, considering itβs North Scottsdale. Overall, Iβm satisfied with the work that they did.β

βI was an out of state buyer. JW Auto Care performed a PPI for and thoroughly went through the car, provided details with pictures and provided items of concern that could need to be addressed. One if the items of concern was the cooling system which, JW Auto Care, pressure tested at my request. Everything tested good and based on the PPI, I ended up purchasing the car.

βI feel like the only way you walk away happy from an oil change as if they don't mess it up. This place was legitimately as the name states: lightning fast. I think they changed the oil in my car in about four minutes. No BS up selling, just simple easy oil change - I'll be back!β

It’s been almost 2 years since I found this place and they have yet to fail me. I had some pretty expensive car repairs that needed to be done and they were able to get it completed quickly and at a reasonable price. So happy I found them when I relocated to Arizona. If you need some work done check them out!

βI had a tire blow out in the late afternoon and needed new tires to return from Scottsdale to Tucson the next day. Greg got me an appointment for first thing in the morning. By mid-afternoon- Glenn made sure I had two new tires and an alightment and was ready to get on the road back to Tucson! I couldn't have asked for a better situation!β

βClassic Collision repaired my 2023 Mercedes GLS450. I had concerns about the color matching, but they did a great job, you would never know it was damaged and repaired! Anthony Chang kept me informed throughout the process and worked to get everything processed with the insurance company. My car was completed ahead of schedule. Highly recommend!β
βBrought my 2015 GLA 250 4MATIC in at 120K miles after another shop found a transmission fluid code and referred me here because they don't service the 7G-DCT on the 4MATIC. David quoted me over email the same day (after only an hour), the price was fair, and the final invoice matched the quote to the penny.
What I appreciated most was the honesty. They ran a Xentry short test and a road test before touching anything, told me that the service was preventative and might be too late to fix my symptoms, and only proceeded once they'd confirmed nothing else was wrong. I got my car in and out of there same day (dropped it off early morning, received it late afternoon). There was no upsell, and no scare tactics. The fluid was low, they serviced it, and the car shifts as smooth as spreading butter on hot toast on a Sunday morning.
If you have a Mercedes and want a shop that actually cares for the best interests of you, your wallet, and your car, this is the shop for you. Thanks David and TJ.

Tracy went over all of my options without pressure and obtained a nice discount for me as well. Bell Lexus gave me a beautiful 2026 RX350h AWD loaner while my car was in the shop, so I was in no hurry to get my car back anyway.β

βBeen here a few times with multiple vehicles. Never been treated with less than exceptional service. I’ve gone to over a dozen shops across the valley over 10+ years, and John Jay is, without a doubt, the most honest shop you will come across. They won’t sell you on things you don’t need, and they genuinely care about your safety and will tell you as it is. Had a recent alignment at Midas, and they left a loose nut on my outer tie rod which was on the verge of coming off. Midas left my wife with a vehicle on the verge of a catastrophic failure. Thank god the guys at John Jay swiftly diagnosed and fixed the issue. Don’t waste your time going anywhere else, John Jay is the real deal.β
βThey are absolutely amazing! They do not price gouge, they do not overcharge and come up with BS things that need to be fixed. We had a check engine light on my daughter‘s Jeep Which is terrifying for me as a single Mom. They are honest, and there is a family feel to the business.β
