“As a business and patent owner I have a need for a highly secure location for legal documents. The UPS store offers this as well as over the top customer service. With a busy schedule it's nice to get texted reminders that mail or a package arrived to the location.
The staff is always happy, helpful and protects my privacy.
If I could give 6 stars I would.”

“Friday August 23rd 8:30 am people are lined up at the store and Isabelle is working by herself. She was kind, patient, helpful to all of us despite some idiot that kept speed dialing the phone despite Isabelle asking them to hold while she helped the customers who were in the store! Isabelle you did an amazing job and you will be successful in life, don’t let the rude idiots of the world get in your way. Give Isabelle a raise! She deserves it!”
“I have used this store multiple times for shipping odd-sized packages. I am happy that it is close to home, but I can tell you, I would drive across town to use them!Prices are what they are, they don't set them, but they certainly don't mark up a huge amount like other UPS stores I no longer use.The staff are VERY friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient.”
“I only use this store for my printing, copying, faxing and document sending needs. The staff is always helpful and very friendly. Today was no exception! I needed help emailing and printing a document and Hannah was not only extremely professional and helpful, she was absolutely kind, considerate and patient with me! I believe it's the employees who make or break a store or a company, and Hannah is the type of employee every company needs!!! Well, if repeat business is the goal!”

“I worked with Angel at this UPS stor #7135, on a "lost" bag from a hotel, which was delivered a few days ago. The hotel told our staff (who was a guest at the hotel) that they couldn't find the bag. Today, I was going to have to pay for the bag to be shipped back, regardless of the hotel's mistake, yet Angel went above and beyond by requesting the hotel pay for our bag to be shipped back. Thankfully, the hotel agreed to pay for our bag to be shipped back, which is wonderful - all thanks to Angel! Thank you, Angel, for all your help! :)”

I was genuinely shocked seeing any 1 star reviews because we've been customers for 3 years now and never had one issue. Ps. You will never ever wait 15-20 minutes in "line." The cost for PO Box services is very affordable and comparable to other places. Highly recommend this location to anyone in the area needing reliable PO Box services. The post office on 20th st is a nightmare and Biltmore Mailboxes has been a blessing.”

I have a PO Box here and I love it. I ordered a few things for my new apartment and I was also unaware of the size of my shipment so we were all surprised once the boxes were delivered.
They were still very accommodating and worked with me. I felt so bad about how big and heavy the boxes were, I won’t order furniture to my PO Box again. They provided the carts that helped get the packages from the back and to my car.
