“I’ve been to this location a dozen times and each time I’m so impressed with the customer service here.Today I have to put in a review for their customer service.The place was bustling and there was at least 3 people at the counter assisting customers and about 4 customers in line waiting for assistance.One of the customers at the counter was returning a few Amazon items. The girl helping her at the counter informed her that one of the packages are to be returned FedEx per the shipping label. Not only did she advise the customer of the nearest drop off location but she also helped her tape up the envelope and secured the shipping label so that she could easily drop it off at Fedex.They were so busy today, the girl could have simply said - this is a FedEx return, we can’t take it here and moved on to the next customer. But she took the time to go above and beyond.Great customer service.”

“I have used this store multiple times for shipping odd-sized packages. I am happy that it is close to home, but I can tell you, I would drive across town to use them!Prices are what they are, they don't set them, but they certainly don't mark up a huge amount like other UPS stores I no longer use.The staff are VERY friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient.”

“I've never had a problem customer service is usually good, but today I tripped on a metal circle coming out of the carpet almost went head first into the serive desk and the customer service person with curly hair just shrugged him should and said ehhhh... Lots of old people with not so great balance come here and if they trip they may make it head on into the desk..So I was not impressed with the staff's lack of ownership of people's safety while in your store# 3670.”

“Day after Christmas I went to the UPS store at 3317 E Bell Rd and they were closed at 10am I found this store and was so happy it was opened and Angel was excellent. Store was clean and no lines. It's a gem store in the beautiful Resort. This is going to be the only store I will come to. Thank you Angel for all you do for the community oh and Angel is a notary. I wish I could give you a 10 star but I can't so I'm giving you the max allowed. Thanks again and have happy holidays.”

“I only use this store for my printing, copying, faxing and document sending needs. The staff is always helpful and very friendly. Today was no exception! I needed help emailing and printing a document and Hannah was not only extremely professional and helpful, she was absolutely kind, considerate and patient with me! I believe it's the employees who make or break a store or a company, and Hannah is the type of employee every company needs!!! Well, if repeat business is the goal!”

“I lived in this area for over 40 years and this place has been there as long as I can remember. I have used every service they offer numerous times over the years and couldn't be happier every time . I love this place ! The owners are fantastic people and the workers are always friendly and helpful . It's never busy never a hassle . It's just a perfect well ran American made mom and pop business that I love and support whole heartedly ! I was afraid they would go out of business when the UPS store opened up across the street , but they are still in business . Even with UPS and post office right there they still remain my go to place for mailboxes and to ship my packages . I will continue supporting this establishment forever . Even if they charged 20$ extra per package (they don't) I would still use this place !”

Additionally I needed a notary after my bank said “this is too many pages go to the UPS store”. So we did, and they hooked us up, got us in and out. Would definitely recommend.”

She printed out the homework assignment within minutes. Now, it has become the only one that I am willing to go to.I used to only deal with Tiffany and trusted her enough that I would give her my debit card to pay no matter where I was in the store. She is a rare employee. Now that Tiffany is gone I only deal with GG. I always call to make to make sure he is there before I go. He is AVERY efficient, positive, funny and kind. I was pleasantly surprised at the personalized service I received for both items AND my amazon return. I was able to ship with a cost savings and have absolute confidence in the packaging.
