I tried out MilkStork for the first time and didn’t realize until later that the return shipping label was through FedEx. “The staff at Pak Mail were courteous and efficient. The problem is not so much with the store as with where Google thinks the location is. Google drops you off in the middle of the north side of the strip mall. This makes sense. The address is on the road on the north side of the mall. But the shop is on the west side of the mall. Six stores east, around the corner and two or three more stores south of where Google drops you off.
The fault is not really with the store, but with Google. But, I have no way to change where Google thinks the location is. However, the manager and or owner of the store could, with minimal effort, save customers a huge load of frustration by teaching Google the actual location. I will joyfully change my review to a 5 star review if they will take the effort to make life easier for the next customer trying to find the store based on the address. Edited to add: I came back to respond to the owner's reply about my review being unfair. I notice that in the mean time, the pin has been moved. Now, instead of showing at the Safeway on the north side of the strip mall, it's exactly at the door of the Pak Mail. No one else will have to go through tat frustration trying to pic up their packages. As promised, I changed this from a one star to a five star review. They deserve 5 stars. The staff was courteous and efficient.”
“This is the best retail parcel shipping business I have ever experienced. For all packages, they provide a quote of all shipping options (UPS, FedEx, USPS, etc.) so the customer can make an on-the-spot informed decision. Their close proximity to Sky Harbor airport assures that your package gets to the parcel carrier ASAP. Most retail shipping business forward your package first to the regional UPS or FedEx or USPS facility, who then forward to the parcel carrier at the airport--this can add a day or two to shipping time. Parcels from Post Box eXpress go directly to the carrier.
Friendly people. Reasonable prices. Very well worth the time and expense for me to drive from the north valley to this business on Washington street. Ask about a discount if you are an employee of a major company (I enjoy a Honeywell discount).”

“I accidentally didn't attach the right labels on an amazon to return and didn't realize it until after I left and was on to a scheduled appointment. When I called this location, the agent was so helpful and told me she would go pull it out of the bin for me and hold it until I was able to come back with the correct labels. Turns out I called the wrong location and this very kind employee used caller id to call me back so I knew that I had called the wrong location and was still able to remedy it. Such great service especially considering I wasn't even originally at that location.”
