I have NEVER had a problem with anything being shipped, he knows exactly what size box I need every time. He even packs it up for me so I'm not standing there awkwardly trying to organize the package! She was kind, patient, helpful to all of us despite some idiot that kept speed dialing the phone despite Isabelle asking them to hold while she helped the customers who were in the store! “I want to preface this with saying that I’ve been going through a very rough time lately. My wife recently filed for divorce before our anniversary, and I had to begrudgingly return the gifts I had planned for her. It’s been difficult on me.
Despite this, the UPS store employees had made me feel welcomed despite my hardships. They welcomed me with open arms and were considerate to me. Not only did they accept my returns with grace, they also helped notarize the divorce documents for me with ease. The kindness Aidan had showed me has made me realize there is more to life than just the despair I’ve been feeling.

“I recently obtained one of UPS's mailboxes. At first, I thought the cost was expensive. But it was something I needed. The level of service I've received by The UPS Store staff has been above all of my expectations! The only name I can remember right now is Isaac. But there's another gentleman and a young woman who also provide outstanding service. I feel valued. Whomever does the hiring, they are doing it right. Thank you for making picking up my mail a happy event. Isaac always greets me with a smile and asks if there's anything else I need.”
“This is the best retail parcel shipping business I have ever experienced. For all packages, they provide a quote of all shipping options (UPS, FedEx, USPS, etc.) so the customer can make an on-the-spot informed decision. Their close proximity to Sky Harbor airport assures that your package gets to the parcel carrier ASAP. Most retail shipping business forward your package first to the regional UPS or FedEx or USPS facility, who then forward to the parcel carrier at the airport--this can add a day or two to shipping time. Parcels from Post Box eXpress go directly to the carrier.
Friendly people. Reasonable prices. Very well worth the time and expense for me to drive from the north valley to this business on Washington street. Ask about a discount if you are an employee of a major company (I enjoy a Honeywell discount).”

“The staff at Pak Mail were courteous and efficient. The problem is not so much with the store as with where Google thinks the location is. Google drops you off in the middle of the north side of the strip mall. This makes sense. The address is on the road on the north side of the mall. But the shop is on the west side of the mall. Six stores east, around the corner and two or three more stores south of where Google drops you off.
The fault is not really with the store, but with Google. But, I have no way to change where Google thinks the location is. However, the manager and or owner of the store could, with minimal effort, save customers a huge load of frustration by teaching Google the actual location. I will joyfully change my review to a 5 star review if they will take the effort to make life easier for the next customer trying to find the store based on the address. Edited to add: I came back to respond to the owner's reply about my review being unfair. I notice that in the mean time, the pin has been moved. Now, instead of showing at the Safeway on the north side of the strip mall, it's exactly at the door of the Pak Mail. No one else will have to go through tat frustration trying to pic up their packages. As promised, I changed this from a one star to a five star review. They deserve 5 stars. The staff was courteous and efficient.”

“Even though I had a semi negative experience last time I was there. Ended up being the app issue. I understand why they do it by the book now but the way ( I assume) owner told me they weren't before. I know the economy is bad and you have staffing issues but it came off as the app customers were 2nd class. Maybe choose not to do the apps? Thank you for not mandating that I be charged for my items delivered to my box the other day. Other than that, Mario the longest time current employee is great at his job and he cares about the customers. I have been a long time customer at location (8 years?) but moved my box closer to home due to the interaction.”

They keep my phone number on file and the people that I send packages to so I just give them the name and they print out the label. Every big package I sent to Tucson with UPS ground gets there overnight . It is so much friendlier than the post office. You can send things through the United States Postal Service it goes out in the morning.”
