“The guys there are all super knowledgeable, but in a way that is accessible and very cool. Very patient and helpful in answering questions and giving advice. Their work is superb. I recently had my bike tuned up and it came out like it was brand new. Can’t remember all the guys’ names but Ryder did the tune up. I’d go here even if it was 50 miles away (luckily it isn’t).”

Al and Donna communicated frequently throughout the process, checked the bike before shipping, repacked with more protective material, and even added a sealant to prevent flats for free! So much more helpful than the Brompton customer reps or even my local Brompton Junction. Definitely purchase from Portapedal!!”
