Very satisfied with the rental process, excellent customer service. The location manager called us after renting online to introduce himself; unit is clean, no problems at all! Great experience so far.

Super clean, well- cared for facility and the customer service is STELLAR! Manager Kevin is extremely responsive and helpful and gets things done right- right away!
I would love to see summer hours start an hour earlier and end an hour later but that's a corporate and City issue...
