“This was a nicer location. Most hot topics are crowded by merchandise, making it hard to navigate through the store. This one was open and clean, with space to look at items. Employees were nice and friendly.”

“I appreciate this American eagle team so much, they go above and beyond for their customers! I went in today with my mom who is a Spanish speaker and they had a Spanish speaking associate help my mom so she can get the best help as possible! She was truly nice and helped my mom find pair of jeans she has been looking for months. She explained to my mom how the sizes work so my mom can get a better understanding of how the jeans are, so she got two pairs of jeans. As I was shopping around, i had anothe r associate checking up on me and making sure i had the sizes i needed . They truly went above and betond and i appreciate their customer service and i will be shopping here more”
“Spouse needed to use her walker chair today at the outlet mall. She had a wonderful associate at old navy acting like a personal attendant for her. Brings her different sizes. She loved it. The person was so accommodating. Spouse was able to try on many pieces of clothing without using her walker going back and forth. Thanks so much to the helpful efficient associate.”
“Lucky Brand is my favorite store not just because of their clothes but their customer service is always top notch! I came in to this location yesterday evening and a lady helped me (I forgot to get her name). She was super helpful and very nice. The store was clean and organized. The few times I've been to this location they also had great sales going on!”
“Wonderful store with amazing helpful employees. I feel so bad for the employees cause people that come in and try to scam the store. They rip the tags off items trying to get it for less. Other stories complained about this too.Thkse doing this, you are being watched and on camera. Treat store employees better. If you want to pull nasty behavior like that, that's not ok in the usa. Sorry. If you need clothes there's many centers that can help you. Seek those places to get help.”
“Clean, most stores are occupied, and adequate refreshment choices. Although, based on the music choices and volume levels, in some stores, they're obviously geared towards the younger generation!”

“Not as large of a selection as the other athletic clothes stores in the mall, however still decent. They do have leggings and shorts for the summer, and in the winter- they have warmer jackets and sweaters. Well-organized merch areas and store is clean and well-maintained. Accessible parking mall front.”

“Had a great shopping experience with my son yesterday. My son takes his time shopping and was in the store for over two hours. Fabian did several stock checks for him and was very helpful. When I thanked him for being so courteous, he said that he appreciated it and told us that he was fairly new. We had no idea! His customer service and friendly attitude was outstanding. Finding jeans isn't easy, and they were so patient and engaged with them, determined to find the perfect pairs. Kylie chatted with my thirteen year old during the entirety of her shopping. “They have tops and jeans here. Most of the jeans are more so of the loose-style, and the tops I saw were some tank tops and also tie-ons. The concept is good as they want to sell trendy, but the colors selection trends more neutral. Also, the clothing styles were not the most varied- as the bottoms were mostly loose styles. Wish they had a bit more variety of colors and fits. Accessible entrance and accessible parking mall-front.”
“This old navy was super nice, this young lady Taylor I think helped me find a petite shirt I needed for work in the store when I was originally gonna order online. Very helpful and nice.”
“The sale lady put a shirt on the front counter for me, I paid ,left, got home realized it was the wrong size! I was bummed because I live almost 50 miles away. Dawn was beyond amazing. She went above and beyond mailing my correct size shirt to me, and I received it in 2 days. That's amazing customer service right there! I will be back. Thank you Dawn, again, I appreciate you!”
“My wife was looking for a white jeans jacket, so we cruised down to Phoenix Outlets Levi's store and we received excellent service from the sales person and the cashier, as well. They were patient and very courteous....and best of all .... My wife's 2 month search was finally over, with their assistance she found what she was looking for. I highly recommend this store.

“I stop by Ross often for clothes, shoes, kids' clothing, and arts and crafts. I especially like the craft department. The art pens Ross sells are very good and last as long ones from Art Stores. ? Ross has nice fry pans, ? dishes, and glassware, esp for a party. Yes, not every clothing item is in every size, but at a savings of at least one half...do you really mind? They also carry a nice selection of perfume and cosmetics: mostly name brand stuff like Vera and Liz Taylor. A spray at Ross costs $12 to $20, not $50+. See you at Ross.”
“This place was FANTASTIC! It was nice to try on the wonderful clothing from 5.11 and pick the right fit without having to deal with return shipping! The staff was very helpful and even let me know there was a 5.11 store near my home in FL! Next time I am in AZ I will make sure to swing by for more 5.11 gear!”
