Dawn and her husband are wonderful folks and super helpful in giving direction on sizing and other meta data you might not necessarily think of.”

“Absolutely FABULOUS customer service. Shoutout to the people working today 12/17, Max (store manager I believe) and the other two associates I forgot to grab names!
I had an issue with a couple of orders I placed online, which was listed on the website as one item and BOTH were sent incorrectly. Max was able to refund one and exchange the other with no problem.
Corporate customer service, on the other hand, was of ZERO help. Max called & reached them in store, both of us with the hope that they would check the listing and fix it, and they just basically said “thanks for the feedback” and said to return it. I went on the website to live chat to see if I could get better help from someone else, but the only “person” you can reach is a virtual assistant - which, again, “thanks for the feedback!” Hopefully I get an email/response back, but clearly their goal is just to wrap stuff up quickly and move on, not to make things easier for employees and customers.
Anyway, thank you to Max & friends for being so awesome and for dealing with Customer Service with me!! I’ll probably just stick to shopping in store from now on, since the people working there actually care :)”

“We stopped here on a Saturday afternoon (9/19) trying to find a pair of Converse for homecoming. This was way more difficult than we expected, but the two employees working today were so amazing trying to help us. They called other Zumiez stores to check inventory before sending us, and even tried calling friends at other retail stores in the area to try and help. They were so friendly and caring, going above and beyond to help. Unfortunately it’s uncommon to encounter this level of service these days. We truly appreciated them, but didn’t get names unfortunately. Hopefully this review gets attention and some recognition.”

“On vacation I came to this location today and when I say the humanity alone from the workers was astonishing. I am diabetic and my sugar was dropping severely while in the store so I had to sit down and regroup myself. They offered me water and candy and the manager talked to my 10 month old son while I focused on bringing my sugar back up. I was terrified I would pass out but they were so kind and he even carried my stuff back to my car for me while I carried my son. We need more kind humans in this world. I felt so bad and was so embarrassed but they were so kind”
“Nordstrom Rack offers quality clothing, shoes and accessories at a reasonable price. I can always find what I’m looking for to attend a wedding, family event, job interview, or a summer vacation. The store is well organized and offers a wide variety of styles and sizes. They have a clearance rack and you can find many items on sale, with additional discounts. The store also offers luggage, backpacks, travel cubes & travel accessories. They have a large, well-lit fitting room to try on all of your items before purchasing. They also have a public restroom available for customers. I highly recommend Nordstrom Rack for all of your shopping needs.”
