“The selection was great, and the prices were great on the blue jeans I was looking for. Which is the norm for this location. However, the whole time I was there, there was at least 10 people in line. The way to check out was about 20 minutes. It was around 3:30 on a Sunday afternoon. Just something to keep in mind.”

“My friend had a baby shower in the events room at Joss + J last weekend and it was the perfect venue. The store itself is easy to find with ample parking spaces out front. The store is well kept and clean. The stock is soooo cute! So many great children, baby and mommy items to shop. If you're looking for neutral pieces for your family, this store is it. Standard pricing on items and nothing priced out of the norm. The event room was spacious enough to have plenty of round tables and chairs. I love that they had a small bathroom there for guests to access. Clean up was convenient as most serving items were offered/catered by Joss + J. This was awesome as I watched the Host of the baby shower go home with ease. Would definitely recommend the shop and the venue.”

“Went for back to school clothes. Wasn’t expecting to find much, really went for inexpensive shirts for my daughter. Walked in and saw jean shorts on sale and was super excited. We walked back and forth trying on sizes, deciding which styles, made it to the shirts and then back up to go through the jean shorts again…. The entire time, every employee we came in contact with greeted me and my daughter. Made eye contact and smiled. The cashier that rang us up, Ashley, was so nice and listened as my daughter told her all about her birthday coming up and the party she had planned. She was so sweet. I will go back, especially with the deals they were having, but also because it was nice to shop and see smiling employees and be greeted kindly.”

She was very eager to get down to the point of the issue and made some phone calls. Within minutes, my issue was resolved. “*Update*I called the store today and spoke with Nick, the manager on duty. I told him my problem and I asked him if he could hold my items until I could get there this weekend. He said yes and that he would be there this weekend as well. I asked him about the hours and he told me that they had been trying to change it because the whole mall closes at 8 Monday through Thursday but Google has not updated it. So this is not a Forever 21 issue, it's a Google issue. Come on Google get it together. People rely on these websites for accurate information.I placed an online order about a week and a half ago and the store that had my item in stock was a little ways away but I didn't mind driving because I really wanted that item. So I've been trying to get over there all week long and tonight I just happened to be in the neighborhood. I do Doordash so I stopped working so I could make it over to the store before they closed. The store closes at 9:00 p.m. according to the website. I got there at 8:40 pm and they were closed. Apparently they close at 8:00 p.m. Monday through Thursday. I don't have to tell you that I was a little bit upset. And by upset I mean I am really pissed right now. Not only did I lose money because I stopped working in order to get there at what I thought was closing time. Now I have to waste more damn gas to go down there and pick up my item.Somebody might want to adjust the online hours to reflect the actual hours. So somebody else doesn't have this freaking issue.”
