“This was our second time renting winter clothing from Renting Seasons. Great experience and definitely a good option when you have kids who outgrow clothing very quickly. Dawn and her husband are wonderful folks and super helpful in giving direction on sizing and other meta data you might not necessarily think of.”

“I shop at this Ross often, and Tomas always stands out as one of the best employees there. He’s consistently helpful, professional, and kind every time I come in. One thing I really appreciate is that if there’s ever a line at the register, he’s quick to jump in and help keep things moving. It’s clear he genuinely cares about the customers and goes above and beyond. Ross is lucky to have someone like Tomas on their team!”

“One of the cleaner locations I've been to. The clothing is well-stocked in terms of sizes and variety of styles. They also have a nice assortment of purses and other accessories. The styles though aren't as trendy.
Everything was well-organized.
Accessible entrance and parking storefront.”

“Absolutely FABULOUS customer service. Shoutout to the people working today 12/17, Max (store manager I believe) and the other two associates I forgot to grab names!
I had an issue with a couple of orders I placed online, which was listed on the website as one item and BOTH were sent incorrectly. Max was able to refund one and exchange the other with no problem.
Corporate customer service, on the other hand, was of ZERO help. Max called & reached them in store, both of us with the hope that they would check the listing and fix it, and they just basically said “thanks for the feedback” and said to return it. I went on the website to live chat to see if I could get better help from someone else, but the only “person” you can reach is a virtual assistant - which, again, “thanks for the feedback!” Hopefully I get an email/response back, but clearly their goal is just to wrap stuff up quickly and move on, not to make things easier for employees and customers.
Anyway, thank you to Max & friends for being so awesome and for dealing with Customer Service with me!! I’ll probably just stick to shopping in store from now on, since the people working there actually care :)”
“I love this place! The staff is always so welcoming and friendly plus they're ok with the pets visiting the store and even have doggie treats for them. Many cute booths located in this boutique. I especially loved seeing the Korean snacks and drinks which brought me back to my childhood.”
“On vacation I came to this location today and when I say the humanity alone from the workers was astonishing. I am diabetic and my sugar was dropping severely while in the store so I had to sit down and regroup myself. They offered me water and candy and the manager talked to my 10 month old son while I focused on bringing my sugar back up. I was terrified I would pass out but they were so kind and he even carried my stuff back to my car for me while I carried my son. We need more kind humans in this world. I felt so bad and was so embarrassed but they were so kind”

“I had a fantastic experience at Zoomies thanks to the store manager, Davina. I went in planning to buy one pair of jeans for my son and ended up leaving with two pairs of jeans and two shirts because of how helpful she was.
Davina went above and beyond helping us find the right sizes, constantly going back and forth with different options, and she was very knowledgeable about the promotions they were running. She made the entire experience easy and enjoyable.
What stood out most was that even my 13-year-old son commented that he had never met a salesperson at a store who did more than just say hello. That really says something. It was no surprise to learn she was the store manager. Excellent customer service all around.”

“Creations Boutique is a very cute store. It's for women, so don't go here as a man, lol. Unless you have lady friends/family members, which was my case. Not my cup of tea but the store was very clean and the workers were insanely friendly. Nice desert theme as well. I recommend!”

The painter Marilyn showed up early to set up, she was a joy with the kiddos, and it was just what the party needed for the extra flare to keep toddlers entertained! Communication with the company was easy and I will absolutely be calling on them in the future for party needs!”
