CHP is an incredibly welcoming gym with a positive, motivating atmosphere. The facility offers plenty of space and plenty of equipment. The well educated trainers provide several well-structured workout programs tailored to different fitness levels and goals. Having 24/7 access to the gym is a great perk too.

I really love that there are multiple tracks of programming available too. I don’t have to have a globo gym membership to able to lift, cause CHP has body building machines too.
