“This 5.11 store is awesome. The two guys that were working were very knowledgeable about the clothing that was in the store and the 5.11 clothing they were wearing. The explained the differences in material and asked questions about my intended uses of the clothing. They offered the fitting room for me to try each type of pant. The store had a good selection of sizes and colors. The store was clean. I would recommend this store! Definitely will be back.”

This store offers a wide range of casual and dress casual fashions, including accessories like trendy jewelry, handbags and jackets. Clients immediately feel at home with the friendly and helpful staff of women who style up themselves with Judy Wear selections. Having recently begun shopping here since last Fall, this wonderful place has become an addiction for me! Located in S. Chandler off E. “My sister and I went there to shop for some clothes and return a few items (which went very smoothly) ...The young lady in the dressing room was extremely helpful and brought us different sizes...One pant style was not in the store and she offered to order it sent to my home for no shipping...She told me her name and I forgot...She is a real asset to your company and we will be back and highly recommend Old Navy”

“Had a great shopping experience with my son yesterday. My son takes his time shopping and was in the store for over two hours. Fabian did several stock checks for him and was very helpful. When I thanked him for being so courteous, he said that he appreciated it and told us that he was fairly new. We had no idea! His customer service and friendly attitude was outstanding. “Issac knows his stuff. I haven’t been in for a wile and was just browsing the new lines Buckle is carrying. Amazing companies at this time for their store floor line up but I hadn’t found one that really spoke to me. After browsing and slowly making my way to exit the store, Issac asked if there was anything he could help me find. I explained myself and what style I enjoy and he then directed me to a line by “Maven”. The color, style, cloth, and size were 10/10. After examining it once over. It was off to check out. I updated my profile to a current number and noticed their BKE real material bracelet. I really enjoyed most on display and found one that spoke to me, yet set me a smidge out of my comfort zone. A great fit, experience and will be reaching out to him next time I’m in store again. Thank you ? God Bless.”
“Not as large of a selection as the other athletic clothes stores in the mall, however still decent. They do have leggings and shorts for the summer, and in the winter- they have warmer jackets and sweaters. Well-organized merch areas and store is clean and well-maintained. Accessible parking mall front.”
“The customer service was unmatched. The woman working before noon today (so sorry i didn't get her name) was not only helpful, she also made recommendations to help me save a little more. She was empathetic (all of my money is going to vet bills and I have a wedding to get to outta town) and helped me find deals that fit my style and budget with more compassion than ever needed/expected in retail (I was emotional due to a rough week). Keep her or promote her! She got me to sign up for emails and showed me clearance and sale items to save as well as price matched something I fell in love with in store. I'll come back just because I didn't feel like just a sale/money for a company today.”
“They have tops and jeans here. Most of the jeans are more so of the loose-style, and the tops I saw were some tank tops and also tie-ons. The concept is good as they want to sell trendy, but the colors selection trends more neutral. Also, the clothing styles were not the most varied- as the bottoms were mostly loose styles. Wish they had a bit more variety of colors and fits. Accessible entrance and accessible parking mall-front.”
“I appreciate this American eagle team so much, they go above and beyond for their customers! I went in today with my mom who is a Spanish speaker and they had a Spanish speaking associate help my mom so she can get the best help as possible! She was truly nice and helped my mom find pair of jeans she has been looking for months. She explained to my mom how the sizes work so my mom can get a better understanding of how the jeans are, so she got two pairs of jeans. As I was shopping around, i had anothe r associate checking up on me and making sure i had the sizes i needed . They truly went above and betond and i appreciate their customer service and i will be shopping here more”

“Called because Arizona Mills would not give me a refund because they didn’t have enough to accommodate me for $122.43 in cash and insisted I take the refund on a gap card. I declined and they told me to come back before they close which was inconvenient because I live 4 hours away. I called this store and they told me of course even though they just barely opened as well which was strange because the mills mall also did and didn’t have enough money supposedly.. ? the lady in the front helped me with my refund no problem at all ? I am so happy I called this place first and I will continue to come back to this gap factory due to the excellent customer service i received here. I wish I got the ladies name because she was so nice, she was an older African American lady ! Will be coming back every time I visit Phoenix !”

“This store has it all... we've purchased shoes from these guys in the past but I recently went in for my own personal shoe. The service here is above exceptional. Im an older guy but I enjoy buying a certain style of shoe and they treat me just like the younger sneakerheads, super friendly and supportive. Sometimes I feel like im not taking serious or that im not suppose to be 40 yrs old buying nice jordans... but these guys aren't that way, every visit here has been perfect. Oh, and the prices here and better than ANY other store from glendale to mesa (trust me, ive been in them all) these prices are the roughly stock x prices but without all the online fees. Coming in for those dream shoes before 2026!!”
