“After weeks of trying to gain access to a FedEx label to return a product that was sent in error, I was finally able to use my common sense on how to print this label that gave me such a hard time! Emailing, texting nor did screen shots work! It helped going here first and when it was my turn up in line, as I was talking to an awesome employee.. a light went off in my brain, which triggered an easier way to print this label. Sheesh!!! I can actually be smart as heck at times. TOOT TOOTImma need FEDEX to become like their competitors, as the competition make it extremely easy to return equipment and packages by a simple scan of a QR. This way of doing things makes things customer friendly. Technology has upgraded guys...meaning FEDEX ENGINEERING AND MARKETING DEPT. I came up with my own solution which was, to go to Walgreens and use their print station, and print off the FedEx photo from there, onto their shiny paper and then to return it, to this facility in which, they accepted this and taped it to my package for send off. Come on FedEx Corporation...2024 we humans need better!!! The Employees here are AWESOME as usual, and all deserve raises!!! They welcome me with open arms each time I step in. Thanks guys”
“This place is amazing. Spencer is an absolute gem and worked with me to get an order finished on a tight deadline for a funeral while trying to make sure he kept commitments to other customers. He gave me all the options he could even taking the time to suggest others stores on my route and being willing to send my order over. I cannot recommend this store enough. Jessica (his supervisor) and Spencer both work so hard to keep things moving smoothly for every customer. Really professional, honest, and kind service.”

“My new company requires fingerprints to finish the background check & it's mandatory that you use their PrintScan device, which is only available at UPS Stores. I first visited the location on south Alma School Road in Chandler & they were NO help whatsoever.
Thank goodness Jenny was there today at this location because she took the time to help me accomplish this final task with a rather troublesome machine. She walked me through the steps with patience, a great attitude, and a fine sense of humor. Now I have a sense of relief that this task is finally behind me. Thanks Jenny!”
