“No one likes these kind of appointments. They are not enjoyable and you usually are made to feel like a "criminal" because of the circumstances surrounding. However, this is probably the BEST location I have ever been to for a pre-employment screen. I went first thing in the morning after receiving my paperwork via email. (Printed it off- they need the physical paper version here.) There was one person ahead of me. I only waited in the lobby for 5 minutes before being taken back. Went over my info, dropped my "goods", verified the info & signed off. THAT quick & easy! I mean, it's no 5-star medical office. Absolutely everything is sterilized & taped off. You cannot possibly access water of ANY sort unless it is washing your hands in the designated sink- but that was expected. It was nice to see things so secure. Leaves you feeling confident & that this facility takes due care in regulating according to standards/law. The gentleman who assisted me was very patient & a calm demeanor. That helps someone like myself with high anxiety. We had a nice little brief chat about how he enjoys the job- apparently most come to this location for fingerprints. For a UA not being the constant "norm" in his daily routine, I thought he did excellent at conducting it & getting me completed with ease. There were only two employees working here that day (himself & his sister) so I can see why it may get more lengthy as the day goes on w/ more clients. But, first thing in the morning I was in & out in less than 15 minutes- I left by the time I had initially anticipated being seen! This was hands-down better than Concentra. I was treated respectfully, they were very efficient & it was a seamless process. Much appreciated to get it done!”

“Stop complaining if you didn’t make an appt. I was a walk in and waited less than 15 min. If the kiosk offends you maybe you should think next time when you vote for someone who wants to strip your medical benefits. If it looks like a prison waiting room you may want to rethink your friends.”

“Wait was long this morning (I believe always)… there’s not many seating options while you wait, but the staff is very nice and accommodating. “Perla” drew my blood and was wonderful.. start to finish was just u see an hour , so better than I expected.”
