Groomers are short staffed so couldn't get in to see anytime in a timely fashion. The person I spoke to in the phone was rude. She would earn less than a star. However, the girl I spoke to in person was very helpful even though she was extremely busy. She would get 5 or 10 stars!!!

Jessica, the store manager is excellent. And the rest of the staff have been great too. Plus they have a large selection of everything that you’d need for the small pets in your life too. Clean, well lit store with an awesome selection of products.

I am newly arrived from Massachusetts . I was a little hesitant leaving my dog at Petco. The groomer Ashley did a fabuous job on my Shitzu/Maltese mix. When I picked him up he looked fresh and happy. I will be back....Thank You
