“Always great and prompt service at a reasonable price per gallon. Mark was my delivery technician and he was very communicative with his arrival and the service he gave. There was a clerical error with my account and he said he would contact management and have it fixed in the system. I am very pleased with Ferrellgas and will continue to use them. Their customer service is top notch!”

“I just moved here from Texas and had the pleasure of dealing with Topher twice in the past couple of days. Once removing the car and trailer and this morning returning the truck. I was so exhausted from the move and long drive that took a lot longer because of several accidents, high winds, a horrible dust storm and heavy rain, a full on road closure due to an oversized truck damaging an overpass bridge that literally took the bridge out. I was wiped out when my daughter and I came into the U-Haul office Friday night to return the trailer and remove the car. Topher greeted us and made everything so easy for me and allowed me some extra time to return the truck since we weren’t able to get to Tempe Thursday as we had planned, although we were still in our window of allowed time. He was super nice and friendly and gave us excellent customer service. I was shocked reading negative reviews on him here. I can’t say enough how much I appreciated his awesome customer service. The next time I rent a U-Haul I will definitely come back here and I’ll be referring others to this location as well”
“Truck had no A/C making the 800 mile drive. No help from roadside service.called them, gave our overnight location in Denver and no one showed up. Drop off location was good”

“Great experience with my rental. Only issue I had was when getting the code for the key, what the website said did not match how the lock boxes were numbered at the location. So it took extra time and the staff had to come out and tell me which box it was. Other than that, super easy process and great vehicle.”

“Have been trying to set up a liquid propane rice cooker, I’ve been searching all around town for the past two days, searching for a piece that I could not find the name for. I went to multiple locations of Home Depot, Lowe’s, Grainger, etc. it wasn’t until I got to Ace Hardware that they referred me over to this place and the gentleman that was working. Was able to break down exactly what I needed and get me on my way. Super grateful.”
