“Andrew he's a customer service representative who help me rent a 20-foot U-HAUL. He made it very clear what makes U-haul click. Whathe responsibility is for us. Whathe responsibility is for U-Haul. Every step of the way I communicated with them regarding extensions and updating my profile. I spoke with Andrew most of the time. Made it clear how extensions work and what my responsibility was. I truly appreciate his professionalism his ability to speak to the customer with complete respect. I felt valued as a customer thank you”

“I recently toured the U-Haul Technical Center and it completely changed how I see U-Haul. This place is the backbone of the company. Since opening in 1970, it’s been where U-Haul designs, engineers, tests, and manufactures its trucks, trailers, and moving equipment. Seeing everything done in-house really shows how U-Haul operates as a true one-stop shop for moving and storage solutions. The facility itself is impressive, clean, organized, and packed with innovation. You get a firsthand look at how much thought and engineering goes into the equipment people use every day. The tour was honestly a blast and super eye-opening. It gave me a whole new appreciation for the quality, consistency, and scale behind the U-Haul brand. If you’re in Tempe, AZ and have the chance to visit or tour the U-Haul Technical Center, don’t pass it up. It’s a unique behind-the-scenes experience you won’t forget.”

“I had a great experience rbis afternoon on 6/15. I can't remember the other guys names, but Malik and the other guys were super friendly and helpful! They helped me fit a ton of boxes into my Honda. I don't know how they did it, but I'm super happy and grateful for them helping. Thanks guys!”

“This was a great experience. Fernando and Christina were great with me (and the other lady helping from across the room, but I did not catch her name). They quickly managed the crowds in the lobby. Christina was amazing! She assisted me with a lock issue and thoroughly explained the trainer hitch connection and disconnection process. I was supposed to go to another location, but they did not have the equipment I needed. I am glad this was the backup location. Friendly, fast, and professional service all made this experience great when it could have been awful! Thank you to the staff!”
