“What a great experience here. The lady at the front desk was kind and informative. She made the check in process simple and fast. The rooms were clean and fully stocked. The pool was warm and patio area was clean. The only thing that was not great was the parking situation. You have to pay for overnight parking even on hotel grounds.”

“I would like to start off by saying that I did not personally stay at this hotel; however, my partner has been. My partner is away on business for the next month and a half, and we are separated by several thousand miles as well as an eight-hour time difference. Being there for one another has not been easy. This past week was a particularly difficult one for my partner, and I felt helpless. I wasn’t sure what I could do to support him from so far away, so I reached out to Hampton Inn to ask if there was any way they might be able to help. What happened next truly left me speechless. I received a photo of the lovely gifts and thoughtful note that had been arranged for my partner. I had absolutely no idea this had been done, and the team pulled everything together so quickly. I would personally like to thank Soledad, Betty Ann, and Ashley and ensure they receive the recognition they deserve. Not only did you make my partner’s day and help turn around what had been a difficult week, but you also gave me the opportunity to show him the love, care, and support I wanted to share despite the distance between us. Your kindness filled me with so much gratitude. I wish there were a way to properly express just how much this gesture meant to both of us. Thank you, from thousands of miles away, for making two people incredibly happy.”

“I frequent this fine property more than any other Hilton. I typically arrive pretty late after an exhausting day. Upon arrival, I’m always hoping that Fox at the front desk will be there to get me checked in. His calming demeanor and kind words always set me at ease, reducing my anxiety. Furthermore, Fox is so very patient with me. That makes me feel supported and valued!
I would also like to recognize Steve who works the AM shift (or perhaps overnight shift until morning) who I see upon check-out. Steve is the polar opposite of Fox and that’s what I need to jump-start my day after a restful sleep! Steve is quick to get me out the door before I miss an AM appointment! He’s very positive and affirming in all he does!
Whoever hired these gentlemen should receive a medal for the very wise choices he/she made as these fellas know how to read the room and provide the perfect experience each and every time!

I checked in very late on a May evening when there was a bit of a plumbing issue in one of the guest rooms that minimally affected the entire hotel. That event, ultimately, had very little impact on guests. However, for the staff, the same was not true. Extra help was needed and the staff answered the call. In fact, even the Assistant General Manager (Bobby Donovan) had to be on-site. While juggling multiple issues at once, Bobby still found a way to attend to my every need! What’s more is that the plumber who was called (Gary M) even helped me. He volunteered to get on the radio with the front desk staff (that was responding to the plumbing issue) to alert them of my arrival. Everyone on staff contributed to rectifying the issue. It is because of caring individuals like Bobby, Gary, and the entire staff at the property that guests like me experienced the highest level of service!”
“Highly recommend!! I stayed at The Stanley with several of my friends for a birthday and it was such a pleasant experience. The rooms were spotless, adorable, and had everything we needed. The location is the best since its walking distance to all bars and restaurants in Downtown Chandler. Owners were so accommodating to our arrival and were quick to respond with any questions we had. Do yourself a favor and book at The Stanley because it will surpass all your expectations!!”

“Let me start by saying Raj was so Amazing along with Liliana and Jose! We were at a different hotel that ended up having a water spill throughout the whole building which caused us to look for another room last minute. Liliana was so sweet & helpful! For a small fee we were able to check in early. Stayed here about 5 days and staff was so friendly and accommodating! If ever your looking for a room please make sure to come here! 5 stars hand down! Thank you Comfort Inn for such An amazing experience!”

“Great location to food shopping and for us, workplace.
Rooms are super quiet,you will not hear room above , adjacent or hallway,was constructed to be quiet.We had a king Sweet which offered couch with bed ,work station small kitchen and spacious bath ,my only complaint was the ruff towels .The interior was clean from hallway, elevator and lobby. The lounge and breakfast area feels like a resort.
For the cost per night you cannot beat the stay.”

“We stayed at the Residence Inn in Chandler/Phoenix for an extended stay. We really enjoyed staying here. The staff and the rooms were awesome. We had a room with a water view. The pond/lake had ducks and carp and all types of birds around it. I enjoyed walking along the lake in the mornings and evenings as I had ability. Also, when the weather was nice they opened large sliding glass doors by the breakfast area which lead out to the water area and it brought the beautiful outdoor area into one continuous area with the breakfast/seating area. The breakfast was above average. They had a waffle maker, oatmeal with toppings, a juice bar, yogurt, eggs, quiches, pork and turkey sausages, toast, bagels, english muffins, bacon (at times), and biscuits and gravy (at times). The rooms were spacious with a kitchen, living room, bedroom and bathroom. It was definitely one of the nicer hotels I have stayed at. Also, Abbie the assistant GM went above and beyond to help us. She made sure we were able to keep our room when we had to extend our stay and let us know we would be refunded for certain taxes because our stay extended past 30 days. We didn't even know that was the case and we felt really taken care of because she was thoughtful and great at her job and made sure she let us know we would get a refund for those taxes which totaled over $300. Abbie was just awesome anytime we needed anything. Super smart and truly great at her job. Chris who is also a general manager there also was so kind and helpful. He helped facilitate us extending our stay more than once without having to change rooms. He went out of his way to make our stay go smoothly. Anytime I needed anything he gladly grabbed it for me, like kitchen towels or a print out of the bill in the middle of the stay. I do believe he was an integral part of us deciding to stay for almost 2 months at this hotel. He is a great guy and definitely helps to make guests happy and want to stay longer. Chris and Abbie are a great team and the biggest reason imo why the staff here is so great. They are just nice people to interact with. Also, Natalia at the front desk was wonderful too. She always went out of her way to help guests. She even moved her own car three times one night so guests could park in her spot during a time when the parking lot was impacted. Plus, she made sure to get me a can opener when I couldn't find one in my room. There's a lot of front desk staff that I didn't get their names but they were all friendly and helpful in my experience. The cleaning staff was friendly and always smiled and greeted us. I would definitely recommend this hotel. They were wonderful to us. We felt comfortable and happy staying there for almost two months.”

“This motel is great. We've been here for a few months now & plan on staying for a while. Ms Linda is so wonderful & makes it her mission to make sure that everyone feels safe and happy. She does not mess around. If you're shady, you're out! The two gentlemen that work the front desk are very personable and accommodating. They are so friendly. I would recommend this motel to anyone! Yes, the rooms are small. But they are cozy. And you get all the amenities that you need. The rooms are complete with a mini stove, fridge & microwave. I've only had a couple issues with my room, but Miss Linda was quick to rectify it. Motel 6 has nothing on this Gem! The only negative I suppose would be that they don't have an ice maker or a pool. But everything else is worth it. Plus, there is a circle k & Food City nearby so you can buy some ice and store it in your freezer.”
