“Nice community. I don't live here, but deliver hot meals to many of the residents & have heard how happy they are living here. The pool is just as active as the golf course!”

“I always love staying at Drury Hotels. This location was very clean and modern. The front desk was friendly. I appreciate that this establishment also has a restaurant/bar downstairs. When we stayed, one of the elevators was down however, the other 2 elevators worked perfectly. We will definitely stay here again.”

“This place is pretty dope. Rooms are really nice, well appointed, and quiet. I was concerned about noise coming from an adjacent room heard from the hallway, but once in the room, completely quiet. Most noise, if any, is going to come from the road traffic which dies off pretty early.”

“I've been here twice. Both times, I've only come to the casino. The parking garage was easy to use. The players' card line was never that long. One day I lost a few hundred. The next I won. I like the table games. If I visit the area again I'm likely to go back.”

“Excellent hotel. No issues with parking and the room. Lots of parking and clean room. Front desk staff was polite and respectful. They were kind and even acknowledged the small things we did for them like thanking us for putting the cart back in place. Great lookout view. I did feel like I was staying at a four star hotel. We didn’t get to experience the breakfast though. I’d definitely stay here again when visiting Arizona.Rooms: Both appearance and smell of the room was clean.Nearby activities: Andretti Indoor Karting & GamesSafety: Area looks to be safe.”

“The hotel was very nice! Room was gorgeous and had a very functional layout. Bathroom was very clean and modern. The only gripe, which has nothing to do with the hotel. is there's a gamble on getting the lovely aroma of pond scum that can sometimes come from the city of Chandler. Otherwise, a really great stay!”

“Clean room with microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, very comfortable bed, decent shower. Friendly welcome. The wifi was very fast. Breakfast was ok with waffles, sausage and scrambled eggs. Why not 5 then? Because the toilet in my room kept running and every 2 minutes there was a shrill whistle that lasted 5 seconds. Damage.”

“We had traveled to Arizona for a basketball tournament from California. When we arrived, Jamie and Brad were amazing and very hospitable. Anytime we saw Jamie working, she would always ask if we needed anything and ask how the tournament was going. Jamie was very sweet, kind and very hospitable and made us feel right at home during our stay. I would definitely recommend coming to stay here to anyone.”

“I wish I could remember the young lady's name that checked us in. She is AMAZING so sweet and friendly we asked for ideas for dinner she gave us a few. Told us some things going on close by. So friendly and helpful. She was a big reason we stayed there. The room was more then I wanted to pay. But with as welcoming as she is I was sold. Then we got up to the room it was worth it. We don't get away often but this was a wonderful over night trip. I want that bed for my home❤️ We were going to stay at the casino but there room were about triple. “We stayed for 5 nights, and the room was quite comfortable and suited all our needs. The staff was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The included breakfast was quite good, and we had the pleasure of meeting Rachelle J. there. She greeted us each morning with a brilliant smile and welcoming demeanor - an exemplary employee.Overall, a very good hotel at an affordable rate situated within walking distance to numerous stores and restaurants.Safety: A key card is required at all entrances, including the pool and hot tub area.Walkability: There are a lot of businesses located within easy walking distance, including Pieology, Walmart, Hop Social Tavern and many more.”

“This hotel has a small but cozy swimming pool and has a good breakfast. There are plenty area of parking lots also. If we try to stay about a week, the cost also becomes charming.Rooms: The suite room has two large double beds together with a large sofa, a long table, and most of the things to cook moderate food. My family was delighted so much with our room.Food & drinks: The complimentary breakfast quality is pretty satisfactory. My wife and children enjoyed them so happily. Additionally, there is free regular and decaffeinated coffee served up to 10 a.m.Noteworthy details: There are sofas outside the main entrance, and sometimes, I found small fires for sitters of the sofas to warm up early in the morning. It was pretty impressive.”

“Clean rooms and very helpful staff. My 80 year old Auntie flew in from Dallas, TX to attend my Graduation ? from ASU. My Auntie had a wonderful time staying at Springhill Suites by Marriott in the Chandler Fashion Square District. The staff treated her very nicely.”

“I got to say, the night we arrived, there was an unexpected power outage affecting several blocks in every direction, but the staff was extremely nice, and walked us to our room with flash lights, and apologized for the power outage, (which of course was not their fault).Extra courtesy was observed with all staff.Woke up the next day power was on, and staff had free Buffett all set up and food was good, with a better variety than other free buffets I've had.Cudo's to the whole crew who rose to the occasion.”

“We stayed in November and could not beat the price! The walls are thin but the rooms are well lit and clean. Booked through Air BnB, Vince was responsive and eager to help. No issues checking in or out.Only caveat is north of downtown Chandler can get a little seedy at nighttime, just be aware of your surroundings and you're going to be fine. Would absolutely stay here again.”

“Towne Place is a great place to stay and the rooms are great. The service level is great with a great staff. The breakfast was standard but there are a lot of food options around the hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable. All around a great experience.”

“One of the nicest hotels we stayed at during our trip (4 hotels). Rooms smelled nice, the location was ideal, and the price was reasonable. We didn't have any pets but it was nice to see that they have availability for people with pets, they even had treats in the morning for dogs. The receptionist upon check in was the best, he seemed to struggle with answering basic questions and when I asked about what to expect for breakfast the following morning he replied, "it's whatever the cook makes up the morning of". Not really a great response. The water pressure also seemed very low in our room.Rooms: Rooms were nice and quiet. It smelled nice and the layout was ideal. They also had USB ports by the bed which help tremendously for travelers needing to recharge.”

“We live in the area and did a 2 day staycation at the Sonesta in Chandler. The service was great, the place and our rooms were clean, the staff went above and beyond to make my husbands birthday very special. They offered us late check out for a nominal cost so we got to stay until 4:00pm. It was nice, very close to a lot of eatery. Rooms were the perfect size for family of 2 with kiddos. We had a little sliding door and patio right to the pool entrance, they have pool towels for you too! Overall, we give this 5/5 because we had such a great experience with the hotel and great down to earth with the friendly staff! We will def stay here again! The main lobby was also very nice, and the lady at the cafe was sweet to us!Our lamp wasn’t working, they replaced it immediately, the hotel jazzcuzzi was out and that was beyond everyone control. When I did ask they did well with accommodating us for this minor inconvenience. Lastly, if you want to have room service make sure you request it, somehow we missed this part and it wasn’t a big deal for us because we enjoyed it!Rooms: Very clean, well maintained and new furniture, big TVNearby activities: Lots of food”

“I went to Arizona for a family funeral during a time of year when the hotel prices were nuts. Even the cheap hotels were running half my house rent back home. The manager saw me calling around and talking with my family on the phone and realized I was there for a funeral. He gave me a reasonable rate. The most impressive part though cuz I stayed there for three days the manager check to see how things were going how the funeral was if I needed anything. At one point he even invited me to sit and socialize and have a beer with his friends. He checked to make sure that the room was my liking and he checked to see if the vacation goers in the room next door we're being too loud for me. The motel was nice but the service was exceptional. They gave me directions and vice where to eat and showed a lot of kindness. I would recommend and plan to stay there whenever I visit the area. The treatment made all the difference”

“We went on a quick getaway for our anniversary. At first glance, it looks like any other hotel room. After further inspection, the upgrades we found were really incredible! The bathroom was equipped with large affixed bottles of shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, and hand soap. No itty bitty one use bottles! If that wasn't mind-boggling enough, there were outlets everywhere! And not just a plug-in here or there, they were several outlets, to include USB outlets! It was fantastic! We bring our multi plug adapter with us when we travel because there are so few plug-ins (and never in a convenient spot) were fighting for a chance to charge our devices. Thank you for an awesome stay!Rooms: All my comments are in our experience.Noteworthy details: The breakfast was delicious. More seating is needed.”

“Clean rooms at an affordable price with breakfast included 6.30-9.30. Plenty of food and store options within 5 minutes walking. Pool is clean and always has towels stocked nearby. Staff are incredibly friendly and helpful especially when we had issues with our booking made through a third party.Rooms: Clean, looked after and worth the value for the night. Only issue is our room requires a bath plug and didn't have one.Food & drinks: Plenty of food around, from Chinese food and subs to Wendy's and McDonald's, all walkable, plenty others within a 10 minute car ride. Free coffee and condiments in the lobby as well.”

“We booked this hotel for a quick night and were pleasantly surprised with what a fantastic experience we had. The grounds are nice, the staff is friendly, and the breakfast was above and beyond the average complimentary hotel breakfast. Great customer service. The room was nice and the bed was really comfortable. Some features of the space are dated or in the process of being updated, but everything is functional and clean--absolutely clean, which for me is the thing I want most from my hotel experience.”

“Worst customer service. They double charged me for my dog and would not fix. Instead told me to call back and ask for "manager " , no name. Receptionist super rude and hung up on me. Also, my deposit I was told would be150 and instead they charged me$177. Not can't get a manager to address. Wet paid over$125 in the end and it was advertised as$68. The floors were super dirty and there was mold in our shower. Also their free "hot" breakfast is only small yogurt and water. Frauds!”
