“Brandon Stoker and Jim Corbett were exceptional employees of your service repair facility. They were knowledgeable, extremely
helpful in explaining what the diagnostics indicated and what procedures should be done. They also suggested other minor fixes that I should consider while the the car was in the service department.
They were most kind, and very accommodating. Since I was leaving the car and had no one available to pick me up and take me home Jim called a car for me and offered to have someone pick me up when the car was completed. Excellent service
My bill was over $3000.00 but the the shock of the cost was reduced by the fabulous care and attention given to me .
Brandon followed up the next day with a call to insure everything was working well. In addition I had gotten 2 new replacement key less car fob remotes and Brandon recommended a terrific man, Tomer , at Bulldog Locksmith to come to my home and program them. Excellent help and advisement.
As an older woman it was one of the best experiences having to deal with car problems
