I cannot say enough good things about Central Towing and the driver who came to help us today. After an extremely stressful experience with another towing company, Central Towing completely restored my faith that there are still companies and drivers who genuinely care about their customers.
About a month ago, my truck was towed by another company and was dropped off at the wrong address. During that tow, significant damage was caused to the driver-side tire. When we told the driver the truck needed to be moved to the correct address, he refused, said it wasn’t his problem, and drove away. We have been trying to get the situation resolved ever since.
Today, we requested roadside assistance to have the truck moved to our home, which is less than a block away. Unfortunately, the same towing company and driver were initially dispatched. The driver refused to move the truck and ultimately left without helping us, leaving me extremely frustrated and upset.
After I contacted Allstate Roadside Assistance about what happened, they dispatched Central Towing — and the difference was NIGHT AND DAY.
The Central Towing driver was professional, patient, compassionate, and extremely careful with our truck. He took the time to safely tow it to the correct location and carefully position it in our driveway. Because of the damaged tire, he even used bricks we had on hand to make sure the truck was properly and safely supported. He didn’t just drop the truck off and leave — he made sure everything was secure before he was finished.
What touched me even more was his concern for me as a person. I was visibly upset and wearing a heart monitor, and he noticed that I was having a difficult time. He spoke calmly to me, reassured me, and helped me calm down. That level of kindness and compassion went far beyond what I expected from a towing service.
Central Towing turned an incredibly stressful situation into a positive experience. Their driver demonstrated professionalism, patience, safety, compassion, and genuine customer care from beginning to end.
I am extremely grateful to Central Towing and especially to the driver who helped us. He represented his company exceptionally well.

My bill was over $3000.00 but the the shock of the cost was reduced by the fabulous care and attention given to me .
Brandon followed up the next day with a call to insure everything was working well. In addition I had gotten 2 new replacement key less car fob remotes and Brandon recommended a terrific man, Tomer , at Bulldog Locksmith to come to my home and program them. Excellent help and advisement.
