“I had my Toyota tundra towed for parking in a fire lane. I went there sunday night without an appointment and they were helpful enough to get my car back right away.
I'm not sure why all the other comments are blaming them for doing their job and running a business. Good on them, just make sure not to park like an idiot or get upset at the person who called them to get your car towed.”
“I had to tow my car to a different location at a late night because of some unexpected situation. The dispatcher was really nice and helped me contact Keyon very fast.
Keyon called me quickly and came to the location very soon. I arrived a little bit later, but he didn’t get upset at all, he was very patient and friendly, even though it was really late at night.
He worked rily fast and helped me tow my car to the place I wanted without any problem. I really appreciate his help, it made a stressful situation much easier for me. I’m so grateful for Keyon!”
