“We love this store! The staff is very kind and helpful and the prices are great. Definitely my 5 year olds favorite store EDIT: Just want to say how much we appreciate the staff at this location! they are extremely helpful. Sheriff Conall helped my 6 year old and I find the pieces we were looking for and was very nice. Eli is also really helpful as well.”

“I’m a big time amateur and when my RC car broke I tried to fix it by myself on the cheap but of course failed. Brought it here and they fixed it immediately, in minutes. Affordable. Friendly staff. Recommend big time.”

“Great shop, walking distance from the neighborhood. These guys are welcoming and help answer questions when I need. Appreciate their ability to adapt their policy to the current state of the market by busting seals when necessary, and keeping things sealed when they know it’s a collectible item. They have a singles case, plus some binders, they also carry magic too. So that’s a plus for me!”

“Once again time for our yearly tradition of taking Grayson to get his birthday bear made at build a bear and this location is the family favorite for so many reasons especially as their customer service is absolutely phenomenal. Jaimee recognized us from my review from last year and was super sweet and chatting with my kiddo throughout the whole visit and he loved that. Dekota filled up his bear and was very sweet to him and our family the entire time. We got the gift card and an advert calendar for Christmas! An amazing trip not only for the birthday boy, but for the whole family as everybody walked away with something as well, so thank you guys so much for your customer service and we will see you guys next year!!!”

“Love this store. They have cute plushies and games and even cute tees. I especially love their candy selection. There's so many unique flavors to choose from like even a huge watermelon gummy. Nice international snacks too that I saw as well like Chupa Chups, etc. Everything is clean and well organized! Accessible entrance and accessible parking mallfront.”
