  Very easy truck rental. Multiple agents behind the counter so there were three of us being helped at the same time and no wait. How nice! Return was very easy. Again, multiple UHaul people were working the returns line and came out to me immediately. Very pleasant experience.

  needed small truck for couple hours. easy to find. prices are great. Staff was very helpful on the phone. And in person I appreciate it.

  Terrible customer service. I’m standing there trying to find a trailer for today and the lady just keeps shaking her head no as to no availability and saying sorry. No offer to find one at another location, no help what so ever. Exhausting how many places have no customer service anymore. I’ll take my business to... read full comment
