Very easy truck rental. Multiple agents behind the counter so there were three of us being helped at the same time and no wait. How nice! Return was very easy. Again, multiple UHaul people were working the returns line and came out to me immediately. Very pleasant experience.

Terrible customer service. I’m standing there trying to find a trailer for today and the lady just keeps shaking her head no as to no availability and saying sorry.
