The truck was ready on time, exactly where it said it would be—no waiting in line, no unnecessary human interaction (a big plus for those of us who prefer efficiency over chit-chat). The mobile check-in process was simple and fast, and within minutes I was on my way.
The truck itself was spotless, clearly well-maintained, and surprisingly easy to operate and load. There were helpful signs and instructions posted throughout the cab—everything from lighting controls to safe operation tips—making the drive feel even more secure. “The work completed in a timely manner and once complete, I checked it out and noticed there wasn't a bracket for the wire and the installer stated it wasn't part of the list and asked if it could be added and he said it can and took it back and installed the bracket for the flat 4 wire. It was appreciated and thankful for doing it for us when it wasn't part of the original order.”
“I've been with them for several years, I was satisfied with the Original Company. Under this new Management/Company, I'm even more satisfied. Recently while rummaging thru and reorganizing my storage, I witnessed the on-site manager(I forget his name but he is Friendly, Informative, Professional and keeps it clean )doing testing on the smoke alarm system across the whole facility. Usually there are small hiccups or possible growing pains involved with new companies, but this has been thus far a Great experience, I am more then satisfied with this new company and management. “We recently used U-boxes to move from Ohio to Sun Lakes, AZ. The entire process was super easy and I would 100% recommend it. We had our boxes shipped to Sun lakes to unload in a storage unit. Our stuff arrived in AZ before we did. We used air tags to track their movement. Our stuff arrived in perfect condition with no damage.
The guys at the Sun Lakes U-haul location at fantastic. Super helpful and super friendly. When we were ready to unload our 5 boxes, they pulled them out of the warehouse and placed them right next to our storage unit. Easy to unload and super convenient. Our storage unit is clean, secure, and easy to access with a code.
If you’re making a long distance move, I would absolutely recommend uboxes.”
