Suggestions were not pushy to do work with them and gave me legit insight on what they would do if it was there vehicle. Trust these guys way more than the toyota dealership. “I called around all day trying to find someone who could help with a pedal adjustment issue. My pedals were stuck, and I kept getting the runaround from different shops. Most places wanted around $200 just for a diagnostic fee, and the Chevy dealership told me it would be two weeks before they could even look at the vehicle. Needless to say, it was frustrating and not very helpful.
I then called The Car Guy of Chandler, and Gene answered the phone right away. I explained the issue, and he told me to come down and he would take a look at it. When I arrived, he immediately stopped what he was doing to help me.
Within minutes he checked the pedals and got them working again. I was honestly in awe and extremely grateful. He likely saved me hundreds—if not close to $1,000—in unnecessary diagnostic fees, labor, and parts replacement.

“I took my father's Toyota Tacoma there a week ago to get a Crank Shafter Seal replaced that was leaking, plus they changed the Transmission Fluid. Owner, Mechanic and lady at the front desk were amazing! They all took care of me well and in timely manner, calling me, giving me updates when my service was finished. This location is great, the price was reasonable and they took care of a problem I had with a rattling skid plate, missing bolts 🔩 on the catalytic converter with no extra charge, they went above and beyond my expectations, will be definitely using them in the future for my car maintenance and needs👍”
