“We had an exceptional experience working with Louis (Sales) and John (Manager).

We found a Subaru Ascent on an incredible deal, the only issue for us was that it was located in Tucson. It's not too far but with all of our daily responsibilities, planning a 2 hour trip would be challenging around our schedule. I sent an inquiry on the vehicle and asked what I could do to initiate that transaction through virtual/docusign processes so that when I go down to Tucson, it would be to pick up the vehicle.

Louis then offered to collect the car from Tucson and have it in the Gilbert showroom within 48 hours so that we can visually inspect the vehicle, AT NO COST!

I almost felt like it was too good to be true. Sure enough, it was on site the next evening. Everything checked out and we drove off with our vehicle less than 2 hours later.

Louis offered excellent customer service and handled the transaction promptly at all levels. His manager John, was also very attentive to our needs and routinely checked in on us to make sure we were comfortable and that our kids were entertained in the showroom.

“The mobile service offered at Santan Ford is the best thing since sliced bread. They are able to come to my location to service my F350 6.7 and perform most major services including oil and fluid changes, filters, tire rotation and even the recalls that were needing to be done. I found this dealer and service because I was exhausted dealing with Autonation which I do NOT recommend. I took my vehicle from Scottsdale down to Santan one time and they explained the mobile service option and I have been using it every since. Manny the tech was so professional and the rest of the staff. Save yourself the time of driving to the dealership or any other auto service center. Use this service”
