“I have used this hospital’s services to have both of my dogs—one male and one female—spayed/neutered, and I was very happy with the care they received. I have also brought my dogs and cats here multiple times for low-cost vaccinations, heartworm testing, and anal gland expressions, and the service has always been thorough, professional, and excellent.
During my most recent visit, the veterinarian did a very thorough examination and took the time to make sure my dog was healthy and ready before giving any vaccinations. The vet assistant was also wonderful and took the time to answer all of my questions and concerns. I really appreciated how attentive and caring the entire team was.
I highly recommend this hospital to anyone looking for compassionate, thorough, and affordable veterinary care!”

Our dog requires another orthopedic surgery after having a TPLO procedure last year at a different veterinary office. Unfortunately, that prior experience was deeply disappointing and felt very much like a “herd them in, herd them out” operation. The level of care and compassion shown to both us and our dog at that previous clinic was completely unacceptable, and we knew we had to find a better option this time.
After extensive research, we chose Family VetCare of Chandler, and I can say without hesitation that our first surgical consultation was the best veterinary experience I have ever had.
Dr. Wodiske was absolutely outstanding. He is professional, incredibly knowledgeable, and — most importantly — you can tell he truly cares. He spent a significant amount of time with us, explaining every detail of the procedure, our options, and what to expect. He never rushed us, answered all of our questions thoroughly, and made sure we fully understood every aspect of our dog’s care. His calm, compassionate approach made a huge difference for our very nervous dog, and it was clear that her comfort and well-being were a top priority for him and his team.
What truly set this experience apart was the level of personalized care. Dr. Wodiske and his staff provided us with options that had never even been discussed at other veterinary offices. We felt heard, respected, and supported throughout the entire visit.
We left the appointment feeling relieved, confident, and genuinely grateful — something we never felt during our previous surgical experience. We were so impressed that we immediately scheduled our dog’s surgery and also made the decision to transition her primary care to Family VetCare of Chandler going forward.
As an added bonus, their pricing is much more affordable than other veterinary offices we explored, without sacrificing quality or care in any way.
Our only regret is that we didn’t find this practice sooner. If you are looking for a veterinary team that is compassionate, thorough, honest, and truly invested in your pet’s well-being, I cannot recommend Dr. Wodiske and the entire team at Family VetCare of Chandler highly enough.”

“This is such a nice and efficiently run Banfield. They were really busy but kept things moving nicely. It didn't take long at all for my dog to be seen. We were there for maybe 20 - 25 minutes. The staff was super nice and very helpful. I definitely recommend this location.
One thing to keep in mind is that this is a stand alone Banfield location. It's in a shopping center with Fry's and Panda Express. For animals that don't like to walk through Petsmart just to get to the vet, this is a great option; you just walk right into the vet from the shopping center.”

“It’s the first time we took our kitten to visit for sickness. I must say It’s a wonderful experience. The veterinary assistant helped take care of my kitten and did a thorough physical check for him. The doctor explained the diagnostic results to us in detail and listened to our concerns patiently. They treated our kitten as their family and gave him required treatment for getting him better. They also taught us how to prevent the same problem in the future. Actually we learned a lot from them.
The most important thing is that the billing information is transparent. They listed all the recommend treatments for us to reference and discussed it with us for the best way to treat my kitten well.
