Though the outcome wasn't what we had hoped for, their dedication granted us an extra week to cherish Krystal's presence.When we returned for a second visit and had to make the difficult decision to say goodbye, Dr. Widener and Deanna displayed the same level of professionalism and kindness. She started living in my backyard and now takes her naps, meals, and bedtime inside my house. How did this happen!?I took my sweet part-time outdoor cat, Gracie, to this clinic to get spayed and vaccinated. Little did I know that this cat was already spayed. Oops! Before you ask, the cat is not chipped. Even though Gracie did not need to be operated on, I appreciated the honesty this clinic works. How easy would it have been for them to cut her open and still charge me for it? Instead, I was charged $25 for Gracie to get a haircut on her belly, to be sedated, and inspected. Very cool. They even called the next day to see if Gracie was doing well. They also let me know that she should be around two years-old. The Terrible Twos are real, folks. My leather armchair has zebra stripes now. Haha!My friend takes her cat here and I can see why. The staff is great and they have good hearts. I'll be back with Gracie for the walk-in vaccination shots clinic MWF, 8AM-11AM.”

We’re having more and more trouble with admin stuff: appointment lead times are longer, we’ve experienced two separate payment errors, and no matter how many times we ask the doctor to call my husband they continue to call me.Original Review: 5 StarsWe've been to a couple different vets at this point, and Topaz is by far the friendliest. The staff is really caring, and the vets are super knowledgeable. They're not judgmental, which I think is key.They're pricey, as all vets are, but they also do their best to recommend home remedies and over the counter meds to save you some money.”

“We had an absolutely wonderful experience with Dr. Nelson, Shelby, Tammie & the awesome team here at our first visit to this facility! Everyone was so kind, gentle with our pup, and went above & beyond to help us feel relaxed, too! They had so many little lovely details to welcome us - from the welcome sign to the cute way they wrote Cooper’s name on his medicine bag… all the wonderful details made such a great impression! Dr. Nelson’s kind demeanor eased our pup’s anxiety (other vets have not taken such care to this!) and provided us with several options to help treat our pup’s issue - all were explained clearly with no pressure to go one way over another. After searching for years, we can confidently say we found our home vet! Thanks, McClintock team, for taking such good care of Coopie!!”

“Came for the coupon, will return for the experience. I have a very anxious kitty. She is the ultimate scary cat. Yes she was very anxious and scared while there, however more comfortable than she has ever been at any other vet. They have a separate section for cats away from the dogs which I think helped. The nurse was an absolute sweetheart the doctor was nice as well. And for the first time after coming home from a vet my cat roamed the house freely instead of spending the rest of the day / night hiding. I will definitely return the next time one of my fur babies needs a doctor. And I would absolutely recommend this place to others .”

They can always fit me in quickly, call or text to check on ur animals after a visit, and just do anything to make you comfortable and ensure your taken care of, I moved away and will go out of my way to bring my animals here .”

“My dad, mom, and I take our animals here and have been for years. They work with you to get the right treatment at affordable rates. Prices have gone up but offer some payment options. As all other vets, they can be busy and might not be accepting new patients without a referral.”

“I have been with Dr. Edwards and Pecan Grove for almost 15 years. I don’t have words to describe how much I trust and respect Dr. Edwards and her practice.Her staff is amazing, kind, and understanding of all my pets needs and little “quirks”. Dr. E loves my little mutt dogs as much as I do, especially my little chihuahua mix.She always ensures that any questions or concerns I have are answered and she will always give it to me straight and not suggest treatments or therapy routes that she doesn’t think are beneficial.Even though I moved away from Tempe long ago, I still drive the 35mins from North Phoenix to go to her and her team b/c I wouldn’t trust my pets with anyone else!”

“Wow I'm so impressed with this place!!! I'll be honest I always get PetSmart and Petco confused so upon moving to Az I accidentally booked at pet smart. I had a horrible experience..... so l was a little hesitant about what my next experience would be like at a different pet store but a lot of small owned businesses here wouldn't take xl dogs.But Petco is a cheaper option out off all the ones I've seen with our dogs needs! I'll tell you we had nothing but a good experience from when we walked in to when we walked out! Nala and willow looked amazing!!!! They were completely dry and smelt soooo good! Nala is a lab so she sheds 24/7 and I'm so impressed with how much hair they got off of her! She looks so much lighter! Their coats are so soft and they were not scared or anything upon pick up!! They must of loved it! Honestly we will never go anywhere else! 10/10 with this Petco! Plus you get a punch card on the app and you get amazing discounts on the grooming! Thanks so much you guys! I'm glad we found a place like this!”
