“I am traveling in my RV van and a woman tells me my air conditioning unit is flapping in the wind. So I pulled over at the next exit and sure enough I was missing at least one bolt of the outside protector. I found Miller hardware only six minutes away and stopped in. Bill was so quick to help me! He and Jose got a ladder figured out the exact bolts I needed, which was three and immediately got me all fixed up. I am so grateful for synchronicity that lead me to Bill and Jose who then directed me to Arizona Skydive where I will be jumping at next! Thank you both so much!!”
