“Clean bathrooms, friendly staff and lots of snack and drink options. My favorite thing was they had fresh whipping cream in the cans to out on your beverages! I got a hot chocolate and put some on top and it made my morning and started off my long drive on a high note. I have never seen that before just cans sitting in ice. Way to go Swift!”
“Wow, this place! The Navajo Blue Travel Plaza is hands down one of the best travel stops I’ve ever stopped at. It’s absolutely massive and packed with everything you can imagine, and some you wouldn't even dream of. They have all the regular snacks and drinks you expect, to native food items you won't find anywhere else, and unique sodas made onsite! They also have awesome Native-made goods and jewelry etc.
The Native food is fresh and tasty and the soda fizz made on site is such a fun bonus, a nice change from the regular sodas (they have those too). The staff are super friendly and helpful. It's just a great atmosphere, so bright and inviting. It's so much more than just a gas station. You can grab something quick or spend time browsing. This place is immaculate too. Cleanest restrooms I've ever seen. They also have showers and a laundry. I love the native artwork and signage. I wish I could give 10 stars!!!”

“I want to take a moment to express my heartfelt appreciation for the amazing kindness we received on Christmas Day by wonderful store manager Mr Curry. While everyone else was busy celebrating the holiday, we found ourselves in a tough spot with a flat tire. Just when we thought our day couldn’t get any worse, this hero came to our rescue.
Not only did he help us fix our tire, but he did so with a smile and a genuine willingness to assist. His selflessness and generosity truly exemplified the spirit of Christmas. It’s people like him who remind us that kindness knows no bounds, especially during the holiday season.
Thank you for being our hero and angel that day! Your help made a stressful situation so much easier, and we are incredibly grateful. We wish you all the best, and may your kindness come back to you tenfold!

“Clean restrooms and reasonable gas prices. It's on business 40, but don't let that discourage you from stopping in for your travel needs. The coffee was hot and fresh at 11:45 a.m. so they keep an eye on everything that can make or ruin a travelers pit stop, and I appreciate that.Happy Travels,James”

“Didn’t spend much time here, but what we did see that the store had like everything. From 20 different popcorn flavors, to dancing penguin mugs. The bathrooms were very clean and I did like that they had actual doors on them too, not just stall doors. I liked the idea to put a waiting room in the bathroom as well. Good roadside stop.”
“Quick and easy. Not enough women's clothing options. Pharmacy employees are always friendly. Besides during the holidays it's not been overcrowded at the times I've gone there since moving to Flagstaff.”

“Quick and easy location to get in/out. They have a solid selection of discount beers, so it's always fun to see what they have available. I've always had very pleasant interactions with all the workers there and feel like they recognize me when I go. I wish the hot food prep area had longer/better hours as it seems they close rather early and weekend hours are pretty much non-existent.”

“10/5/24 update - found out the issue is with my new checking account and not with the gas station. Actually find gas stations in my area are holding between $150-$175 for a day or more. Not sure how that is legal. Changing from 1 star to 4. It actually was a decent place and cheaper than the surrounding gas in the area the day I was there visiting.
The gas was $3.68/gal not bad, but they secured $100 out of my account for a $28.32 bill. Not happy about this at all!! Calling for manager today after 11am.
4-15-24 at 8:50am the $100 pending charge is still not gone! ? And the real charge hard posted so $128.32 now wrapped up for a $28.32 charge!! Talked to both the station manager and Discover yesterday!! ???
2:34pm and it’s still there! 2 days after I gassed up here! What the hell man!? Why isn’t anyone doing something about this!!?? Pisses me off need to get ahold of a news station or something!!?? Never coming here again!!!! ? ? ?.. withholding my true words for sake of being PG.
4-16-24 finally got things back to normal 3 days after the fact. From now on no longer paying at the pump this was insane! What if my account overdrew?? Good thing I had the money. This is the only account I have can’t have credit cards anymore ex forced me into bankruptcy.”
“That place is a life saver. Especially for vacationers thinking they can make it from ABQ to Flagstaff on a tank. I looked at the gauge somewhere around Holbrook and thought "well I can make it to Flagstaff". Next time I looked I was on fumes. Had the friend start a search for gas and saw I was still a good 15 miles from this Shell. We made it, barely. No way we would have made it into Flagstaff. Thanks Winona.”

“Needed to find a free dump station. This one has it! Also, it has a diesel pump next to it so you can fuel while you empty your camper. I'm not diesel, but I thought it was a cool addition. Went inside for some snacks/food...is typical Speedway, but the area was kinda sketchy.”
“They have things you need when you don't want to drive all the way into town. It's a small store so they don't have a large selection, but if that's what you want then make the drive. Very friendly staff and they seem to always have our favorite treats, ice cream!”
“I've only visited this location once and it was an average stop for a gas station/smaller convenience store on a family trip. While the location was well kept and clean, and one gas pump didn't work (with no sign), the (1) staff was very helpful which was greatly appreciated on this stop.”

“The postal annex here is the best with friendly and efficient staff and the location is so convenient rather than going all the way into Flagstaff to their main post office. Silver Saddle staff are always friendly and the place is so clean. The gas prices are very competitive also. It's a great stop for gas, propane, snacks, drinks and fun stuff for kids as you pass through. Look for the wild iron mustang on the corner of Silver Saddle and Hwy 89.”

“Super clean bathrooms, reasonable gas rate, friendly staff. We were greeted by the owner and he seemed to really care about the quality of his gas station! I am rarely moved to rate a gas station but this one certainly earned it. Unfortunately the air machine is broken, but it’s a contractor (the station doesn’t own it) and we were directed to another location where we could refill our tires!”
