“Very nice ambiance. Comfortable well maintained room Godd breakfast. My only complaint are those pesky fees that no hotel I have ever stayed at can explain what I am paying for.”
“We loved our stay here. The hotel is pet-friendly, and the pet fee was very reasonable. Our experience honestly exceeded expectations. The front desk and staff were friendly, and check-in was smooth. After a long 12-hour drive, all we wanted was a good night’s rest and we got exactly that.
Breakfast was excellent, with plenty of satisfying options. My mom, who really enjoys her breakfast time, loved it so much. This stay became such a sweet memory for us. Bravo, Comfort Inn team!”
“What an absolute treasure! After a long drive from Colorado, pulling into the Americana Motor Hotel was a continuous delight. The decor is visionary 60s-70s, friendliest staff, beverages upon check-in, dog park, fire pit, dog wash, comfy beds, brilliantly clean, and more. Made the girls a pillow corral and had a fabulous stay.”

“I loved our stay here, Kim was so nice and being able to do laundry for free was so appreciated! The bed was so comfy I seriously wish I knew what sheets she uses because it was like sleeping on a cloud. The room had every amenity imaginable. Thank you Kim!”

“For a very low price it is a very comfortable space. It is quick to get to from the I-17, very centrally located, and has been my favorite accomodation while here working. I booked and then came back and rebooked!
Do note that there aren't any frills or upperclass amenities. Just good ol' comfortable bedding and quiet privacy. Parking is right outside of the door and it is quick to get in and out whenever necessary.”
“The rooms are cute as can be!! The room was so clean and I could walk to all of my fav coffee shops from the hotel!! I WILL be booking agains with High Country Motor Lodge!”
“We were visiting the area for a mini-vacation and randomly decided to stay in Flagstaff. Reviews did not lie as this hotel was very clean and comfortable. The staff was super-nice at both check-in and check-out. Though there was a "Please pardon our construction" sign, you would not have known anything was going on. We booked two rooms for our family. Both were immaculately clean and beautiful. The next time we are in Flagstaff it will not be random. We would most definitely stay there again.”
“Never stayed at a Drury Hotel before, but it certainly won't be the last time. While this location was "probably" another Hotel at another time, it was nice enough. I found that Drury is actually family owned and is expanding by building new hotels around the country. In my local city at home, there is a new Drury Hotel and it looks great from the outside. Drury provided free breakfast and basically free dinner for basically the same rate as many hotels where you only get free breakfast. In the evenings around 6pm or so there is a free happy hour with real food. If you don't like the selection, head out to dinner, but if you do like it, you've saved the cost of a dinner. Plus there are bar drinks by a server. Employees were extra nice throughout our stay. Loved this location. Also, plenty of parking in their parking garage.”

“Definitely staying there again. Right off the highway. Great price, great restaurants walking distance. And the hot tub, lobby, and everything to the service was so great. Pet friendly and even gave the pups a tennis ball package!”
“I stayed here for one night. The bed was really comfortable. I was traveling cross country and I needed a safe place for me and my car. I talked with a friendly maintenance worker in the morning which completely brightened up my day. I was about three or four hours down the road when I received a call that I had forgotten my grandmother’s ring. I hadn’t realized I left it at that point. It’s extremely sentimental to me. I was blown away that housekeeping had found it, reported it to the front desk, and then management contacted me. It would be easy for a person to pawn it off for some cash. They mailed it to me. I am so impressed with this hotel.”

“I hesitate to review this little gem in the woods because I don't want it to get out how lovely, stylish, and comfortable Little America Hotel is. I stayed here as part of a conference. When I walked into the hotel lobby, which is also the entrance to the conference area, I was pleasantly surprised! The foyer and lobby area is gorgeous, offset by a huge stone fireplace that adds a rustic warmth to the lobby. The gift shop has unique, interesting, and well-crafted items, many of which are locally made. The conference facility is beautiful and the staff was professional, pleasant, and helpful. I experienced two meals offered as part of the conference: one was a buffet for a cocktail hour. I only tried a few items, deviled eggs and an asparagus bruschetta that was delicious! The bartenders were fun and friendly and fast! The breakfast was only average, but it hit the spot. The coffee was nice and hot and strong, which is not often the case at big events! My room? The size of a one-bedroom apartment. According to one employee, this hotel took advantage of the lockdown during the pandemic and completely remodeled the entire place. And it shows. My room had unique, rustic furniture but yet was updated, modern, and very comfortable. Another one of those "don't want to leave" walk-in showers made up a good portion of the bathroom. Honestly, it felt like a suite to me. Features in-room included quality coffees and a Keurig machine and even a steam iron for those pesky travel wrinkles! All of the lodge-like buildings are connected by a first-floor walkway that gets you back to the restaurant and lobby. You'll find a gym, and, I'm told, a hot tub, but I didn't think to bring a suit. I'm also told there is a nicely paved walking path throughout the property. My only complaint was the light meal I purchased for dinner from the restaurant. Drawing on the delicious bit of bruschetta I had during happy hour, I ordered an appetizer of assorted bruschetta. It was nothing like what I've had in the past (nor nothing like what I had during that conference happy hour). I was so disappointed b/c I was hungry and too tired to walk back to the restaurant to get something different. BUT, I'm sure other offerings in the restaurant, which focused on American-style fare, would have been better than what I chose. All in all? I'm putting this on my "must recommend" list for anyone visiting the Flagstaff area, and plan to come back, myself, for a longer stay.”
“Ideal hotel for seeing the sights around Flagstaff.
Good spacious rooms and good bathroom.
Breakfast included in the price.
Not really an extensive breakfast but enough choice.
Coffee available at reception all day.”
“This hotel was awesome!! Employees were VERY nice, starting from when we first checked in, the young gentleman was very informative and was very nice about changes and made it easy and convenient for us! He deserves an appreciative and the miss that was learning from him. She will do great too because the gentleman was teaching her. Everything else was clean and even the pool was a great experience. Thank you !! As you can see our kids had a blast here! We will be returning again for sure

“Central to downtown Flagstaff. If you are looking for something different than the usual chain hotels, this is a charming and affordable option. Friendly staff, interesting building with lots of history. Also the bar on the third floor is open to the public. Perfect for people watching while having a beverage.”

“Very clean establishment and staff was very friendly. The only issue I have with this hotel is lack of storage in the rooms. There is not a single drawer to keep your clothes/other items. Breakfast is what you expect from “Continental Breakfast” bar. The normal bagels, sausage, potatoes, coffee, premade omelette etc. it also looks and feels kinda newish with some construction going on outside. Scenery around is beautiful. Located right off of I-40.”
“Such a convenient location! And the staff was personable, especially Melissa who handles the breakfast for 15 years now. She is a delight. Kind. Friendly. And she helped me with gluten free options and was very well informed about the need to have clean GF options available. She's like the Flagstaff Grandma. We also talked about how to manage Marriott points and using the app. She is a pro and ever so helpful. Thank you!
Rooms: The rooms are bigger than a normal Marriott. They have a small living room space with a sofa sleeper. And a huge closet. Great for ski trips when you have a ton of gear. I appreciate this hotel when more space is needed.
Safety: Close to the university. The surrounding area felt safe.”
“Such a cute store- so many great options from fun beverages to s’mores kits to candles and mineral sunscreen. Something for everyone! The real star of the show was my hot vanilla latte made by Raven - one of the best lattes I’ve had in a long time!! Can’t wait to come back to this gem!”
“I can’t say enough great things about this hotel. Greg the employee/gm was a joy to work with. His customer service was top notch. I was able to park my truck and (BIG) trailer in their lot with Greg’s help and that was just the beginning. The rooms are awesome!! Two big beds, tons of room, a nice big night stand, microwave, big normal size fridge!! Every time I’m coming through flagstaff this will be the new stopping location. Come check it out for yourself!! Thanks again.”

Rooms: The room is spacious and has a mini fridge and microwave
Walkability: There's a dennys, sizzler, and jersey mikes just across the street.
The In n out burger is only 8 min walk

“The overall remodeling and improvements were good, but there are some regrets.
The breakfast space is too small and you can only have a light breakfast.
It would be good for families or couples to stay here before traveling to Sedona Grand Canyon.
The nearby Lowell Observatory is nearby, making it easy to get around, but it is far from town, so walking is impossible.
The wifi speed is a bit slow.
Parking is free, but the elevator is a bit small, which is a shame.”
“I had an excellent stay here! The location is super convenient, the rooms were smartly arranged (except the TV) and very clean, and the breakfast options were excellent. I would absolutely stay here again.”
