She helped my son and I so patiently. She answered all of our questions. She is an incredible resource for any and all reptile information. I was amazed by her wonderful customer service. She did such an excellent job. I'm not sure what her title is, but she deserves a promotion. PetCo should be giving her all the incentives to stay bc high quality information matched with beautiful people skills and genuine kindness and love of animals are rare in one package! Thank you, Jordan. We had never been in a PetCo before, but now we will absolutely being going back...to that one in Flag. ..Because of the excellent customer service we received there.

7155 Kavanagh Way, FlagstaffI went to California smack in the middle of the fires during Christmas time, to see family I hadn't spent the holidays with in years, as well as to be there for my sister who was diagnosed with cancer right when I got there. I was stressed enough as it was and worried to leave my 9 month old kitty for the first time. The staff made me feel so comfortable though. I called to check on how she was doing a few times, they were happy to take the time to tell me how she was doing and how she was feeling playful and "purry"! In our family pets are equal family members. I came home after business hours, they were happy to make it easy for me to do a late check out. I found Skittles happy, playful, and loving as ever. I can tell she was treated well. She is even less skittish after her stay there. I will be forever grateful to Kingsmark for making this time less stressful.

7861 US-89, FlagstaffDr. Dickinson & Sharae helped me with my bunny. They went over their suggested plan & didn't fault me for wanting to prioritize some diagnostics before others. They had fit me in for a last-minute appointment & were so sweet to my bunny. My questions were answered every step of the way and I never felt stupid for being worried or judged for having a price limit. After x-rays, fluids, & a list of things I could buy to use at home, I left feeling better & my bunny did too. I got a follow-up call the next morning & after following vet instructions for a couple weeks, my bunny is himself again. I so appreciated having somewhere to take my pet where the vet is familiar with rabbits & I feel lucky that they fit me in on such short notice.

Everything was a solid 10/10 all the food was amazing. This is truly some of the best comfort food I was very satisfied with my meal. The service was also a 10, looks like a younger staff but very professional. I will have to make this a favorite of mine when in Flagstaff.

601 Piccadilly Dr #10, FlagstaffExceptional espresso. While making my drive from Amarillo Texas, a pit stop in Flagstaff made for a great opportunity to refuel both on petrol and caffeine. Looked up nearby coffee shops and Lund dropped the pin. Parking is easy. Curbside. Walked in and was greeted by the barista. I was feeling for a latte and so I took to their menu. Simple but bean forward, clean but with a depth. Enter the Queen. I opted for Oatmilk as I prefer the nutty undertones and there was no extra charge. I that's a BIG win. There's great local art on the walls, most of which are for sale. Prices overall for a latte a bit steep which is why they got a FOUR and NOT a FIVE star from me. I believe offering an exceptional product with a price that still leaves room for the customer in the value space is key. Crave a latte or do some interior home redecorating, Lund is prime. Do it. Thanks Lund Canyon Coffee!

An abomination of a sidecar, not quite straight orange liqueur. Could barely finish my 20+$ drink. Bread was VERY crusty. Not fluffy, and coated in oil. Other than that the food was good. We picked this place because it was supposed to be the best in Flagstaff. We enjoyed it, service was good, the place itself is amazing. The bathroom smell was delicious but too potent. I loved being able to see the exposed kitchen area in the back!

Definitely get a reservation and be prepared for big table style experience or sit outside. We had to wait an hour and a half because it was cold and we did not want to sit outside. I think any pizza you get here will be amazing as the crust and sauce is always what makes a pizza great and these are legit Napoleon style. If you can get there during happy hour with half off bottles of wine, it’s a good time. We will be back on our next trip to Flagstaff.
