7155 Kavanagh Way, FlagstaffI went to California smack in the middle of the fires during Christmas time, to see family I hadn't spent the holidays with in years, as well as to be there for my sister who was diagnosed with cancer right when I got there. I was stressed enough as it was and worried to leave my 9 month old kitty for the first time. The staff made me feel so comfortable though. I called to check on how she was doing a few times, they were happy to take the time to tell me how she was doing and how she was feeling playful and "purry"! In our family pets are equal family members. I came home after business hours, they were happy to make it easy for me to do a late check out. I found Skittles happy, playful, and loving as ever. I can tell she was treated well. She is even less skittish after her stay there. I will be forever grateful to Kingsmark for making this time less stressful.

One of my dogs was diagnosed with cancer and they were very caring and supportive during the process all the way to the end. When that time came everyone showed so much empathy and kindness and the process was handled so well and made it much easier to handle knowing that they were taking good care of the after life arrangements. I take my dogs that I still have in for all their other appointments and treatments and will continue to do so for them and any future pets I get.

She goes above and beyond to be affordable, considerate, thorough in her examination and diagnosis, and above all, a genuinely kind human being. She has cared for many of my cats and dogs, and is incredibly knowledgeable. It is clear that her number one priority is their health and well-being. She instantly gave me a second opinion when my cat was seeking emergency treatment from another vet while he was clearly losing his life from a mis-diagnosis. She quickly saw him, properly diagnosed him, and he instantly got better. I am eternally grateful, and will continue to encourage anyone in town to go to her for their beloved fur-children. Thank you Dr. Baker and staff!

7861 US-89, FlagstaffAdopted a stray cat we found in pretty dire straits in Roswell on a road trip from Ohio to Sedona, AZ and they were able to get us in the day of on an emergency visit, got our little guy up to date on all his vaccinations, and were incredibly hospitable through the entire process. Every single member of the staff here are absolute rockstars, I wish they weren't 1500+ miles away from us at home or I would absolutely make them my primary care provider for our cats!

We got the Mexican hot chocolate which if you’ve never tried it, order it right now! We also got the torta rellena with strawberries and Nutella and it is quite literally to die for. Finally, my favorite, the Oaxaca Chilaquiles. If you’ve ever had mole the best way to describe it is it’s a slightly spicy, chocolate sauce that’s cooked over many hours. While I can’t speak to their process for making it, I can tell you all the same it’s incredible. Everything they came out with was amazing. If you’re in Flagstaff, I would say this is a must stop for breakfast. Especially if you’re considering this over MartAnne’s this place is authentic and blows them away. Not to mention the prices at every far for authentic Mexican cuisine.

The menu which is classic American fare was quite extensive. The food was wonderfully prepared and plated. What stood out the most was the attentive and friendly service. Our wait person, Irene, was simply charming and so professional. It really put a positive spin on the whole dining experience.
