While working in property management, I relied on NAZ Towing during parking lot repair projects. They were on standby to tow vehicles that hadn’t been moved after proper notice was given. They responded immediately, assured me they could help, and even handled billing directly through my insurance, which was a huge relief.

Despite the challenging terrain, they successfully reached my Jeep, recovered it without issue—even with the rear wheels no longer operational—and safely transported it back to their tow yard. The entire process was smooth, professional, and stress-free.

I never thought I’d find myself writing a glowing review for a towing company, but NAZ Towing has absolutely earned it. Their customer service, professionalism, and willingness to go above and beyond are second to none. “Hard to find an honest mechanic these days but TAG Automotive is the ONLY place we take our vehicles. Honest, reliable and affordable. I know that if I need anything from an oil change to a brand new engine, these are the guys. I trust them 100%. They put in a new engine in our Subaru last year, fixed my van when ran over something and engine dropped. Just recently they replaced the brakes, axle and just a fantastic job. My husband and son broke down outside of Flagstaff. After going through my insurance and dealing with some crazy junk. I got in touch with Estevon, at Flagstaff Towing and Recovery. He was kind, courteous and professional. He understood my situation and went above and beyond for my guys. As I was driving from Mesa to Flagstaff to pick them up, Robert (the driver) called me and let me know he was a few minutes away and he was going to bring them with him into town with him because the storm was coming.
