Scott inspected the truck gave us a detailed list of importance and lift it up to us to say what we wanted to get fit. No pressure,no up sale. This is what will keep me coming back if needed . “Spencers Did my Oil and lube in a timely manner and also found Front Struts were leaking. They advise me to go to dealer to have them replaced as there was no OM struts available. went to dealer and struts were still under Warrenty. Dealer replaced.”

“I have been taking my F150 to Big O for the last few years for service and tires because the dealership is over an hour away. I've had no problems with them. People complain about upselling, but if they check their owners' manuals, most of the stuff they offer is part of the preventive maintenance schedule in the book. The only thing I ever had was that the tech forgot to wipe off the oil drip from the cross member below the oil filter. It dripped in my garage, so I just had to make sure the old filter gasket wasn't in there, which will always leak when it's running.”
