“Every once in a while, you stumble across a hidden gem. I found one. It’s called Impact Collision Shop located in Fountain Hills Arizona. I have been there on two different occasions, and both times I had more than superior service and results My first time I was there I had a car that had thousands of stone chips, literally, all over the hood and a sideswipe on the front fender and both side doors. The car was dark blue metallic and. I was certain there would be a shade difference in the paint job. . Thought for sure it wouldn’t match as the car was almost 8 years of age and the sun has faded much of that blue coloring. I was extremely pleased with the results and more than pleased with the service and the quality of the workmanship. My second visit was no different. In short, Bill and his entire staff are expert at what they do and it shows. You can just tell when you walk through the door that this body shop and collision repair location is different than most. First, every part of that facility is spotless. Something you do not see at a body shop that often. You will not be disappointed. If you are unlucky enough to have an accident or need some bodywork or painting done, give them a try. You will be happy that you did.”

“Purchased my dream corvette from out of state (FL), sight unseen - single owner C5 with very low mileage. Although the car was cosmetically perfect, there were several items that needed to be completed. Four peaks did some welding on the exhaust, corrected driver seat bushings, took care of an e brake adjustment, along with a firm post purchase inspection. Throughout the entire process, the owner himself communicated via text, numerous pictures and conversation throughout the cars 2.5 day stay. Without question, this is not an inexpensive place - but the detail, attention, excellent communication, and truly professional standard are what you’re paying up for. By all means, pricing was reasonable, and I called to question nothing that I was invoiced for. Particularly those interested in very detailed documentation for your car’s maintenance, this shop generates the most detailed I’ve ever seen. Extremely impressed with the shop, the owner, and its staff. Admittedly, I did ‘eat it up’ when they complemented the car, and I feel much better knowing it’s been reviewed by folks that actually care. “As far as I know they do a really good job I mean I was dealt with by a pregnant women who changed my battery and couldn’t lift it so of course as a gentleman I helped her lift it but she wanted to actually install it. I was super proud of her for doing such a good job and being the only one in the dang store and still answering phone calls at the same time. She kicks butt and for the so called owner with the battery at discount I’m sorry you broke down but as far as coming to oreilly’s maybe if you were smart enough you would realize that they can’t leave the premises to replace a battery for you. One that’s a liability for their safety and yours and maybe two don’t be such a jerk when they are willing to go out there for you to even do it. So no sympathy for real.”
