“My second dealing with Caliber Collision, and both times they’ve been fantastic. There was a small thing they had to correct with my bumper from when they did auto body work on it a year and a half ago. Cesar was great - kind, great customer service, honest, helpful, and skilled. They assessed the minor issue and got it fixed quickly.
They also fixed another small issue unrelated to my bumper and their previous work. They went above and beyond and I really appreciate it. Can’t recommend this Caliber Collision or Cesar highly enough!!”
“I’ve been going to these guys for literal years. To the point that I moved states and even made a trip down here so they could work on my truck. I have an older truck I use for heavy off roading and riding hundreds of miles of dirt roads, and have had to rebuild suspension components here and there, normal maintenance items too. Gotta say, I’d trust these guys with life and limb. I’ve dealt with a lot of mechanics, spent my fair share of time getting ripped off. That’s never once happened with these guys. Always honest, always knowledgeable and fairly priced for superior peace of mind, always willing to discuss problems and explain the full process/ reasoning for their decisions. At this point though, I’ve stopped asking questions because I trust their work 10000%. I’ll keep throwing money at them, they’ve kept my nearly 300k mile truck running so smooth. Only disappoint is I bought a new Corolla last year, not sure if they’d service that thing but you can bet I’ll try asking!”

“I trust this business exclusiy with any and all headlights light I stalls, recommendations and workmanship. Never had a problem in 5+ years. Went in there a few weeks ago because my Morimoto 2 stroke 3.0s failed +again) /that I didn't buy from them and I learned my lesson. Expensive isn't always the best. These guys had my history of orders on call. They pulled everything right up. I was in and out of there in 30 minutes and my headlights are nice and bright again. I hope you guys are around forever, man. You're one of the few good ones.”

“I came in multiple times and really enjoyed the car meets. I really enjoyed the diablo wheel cleaner Matthew recommended a few months ago for my girlfriends car. She has break dust caked on. This time I came around. I needed help with trim pieces. Ever recommend hypercoat and it's been so great for the trim. I highly recommend. Im going to be looking into one of the classes soon because they are all so knowledgeable here.”

“Went to 3 auto-body/collision centers and Great overall experience. Rapid was the only one to work with us on scheduling where we could keep the car until all the required parts arrived. This reduced the overall downtime and was vital to us as the car was operational and was needed to get to school and work. The other shops quoted 3-4 week downtimes which was absurd. Car was repaired and looks immaculate. Daughter was very happy with the results of the work.”

“I have never experienced such attention to detail! They called me in to look at several paint samples they created in an attempt to match the paint on my car. They removed the PPF & ceramic coating from the damaged sections, repaired the damage and replaced the trim that couldn't be repaired, and matched the paint perfectly. They even went the extra mile and submitted pics to my insurance company for a windshield replacement insurance claim.
High quality work ... attention to detail ... wow. Now I know why the company that did my PPF and ceramic coating recommended Elite!”

I called & Heather had no information about my car, but she went above and beyond and the same day I called she had my car towed from the tow yard to the shop. After that it was smooth sailing, Heather and Frank were phenomenal all around. I had even picked my car up and the tail light wasn’t working and they had it fixed in 20 minutes and were apologetic over the most minor thing. The car looks fantastic and they’ve earned my business and referrals for life!”

“It’s been a couple of weeks now since getting my 4” Zone lift kit on my ‘21 Ram 1500 and it’s been awesome! The 2 things that made me choose Jason and Offroad Industries were the responsiveness to different messages, not only before the build with all of my questions or concerns but during the build as well. Communication was always there. The other factor was that he wasn’t charging an arm and a leg like some of the other shops I had got quotes from. Fair pricing, A+ work and communication are what you’ll get with Offroad Industries. I’d recommend them for sure. Can’t wait to see the new shop space they move into!”

So I was in an accident where a young woman forgot to yield and turned into my truck. She hit the front corner panel and more. Allard fixed everything that was out of whack and the paint matches perfectly. I like their 3 year warranty on paint.”

“Bought the remote oil cooler for my 6.4 superduty. Kit install was easy to follow. I took all day to install it. It said 4 hours which is probably someone who has done one before and younger than me. (65). Hardest part was the bolt under the fuel line for the old oil filter housing. I ended up taking the bolts out of the fuel filter housing and unplugged some of the wiring to get it to move. Overall it seems to have improved my oil temps.”
