“This place was recommended to me by a close friend and they did a great job on my Nissan Frontier. I had fog lights installed and had my low beams replaced wit LEDs. The was a loose wire on one of my fog lights and they were able to get me in right away and fixed it with ease. Tony is great and has wonderful customer service. Now I need to figure out what type of lights I will need next to make my truck stand out. Great work! I'll be using them again in the near future.”

“Very good alternative to drilling holes through the roof. Install was straight forward.Only issue is that the supplied screws would bind in some of the machined threaded holes. I retapped those holes and chased the screws. I also added a very small amount of lube to the threads and went well thereafter. Reworking the threads took longer than the rest of the installation. Otherwise, end result meets expectations. Pics attached”

“Roadrunner was recommended to me by Progressive Insurance. At first I was hesitant since I’d never heard of them. After using Roadrunner though, I would totally recommend! It wasn’t some dirty old body shop. The lobby was clean and amazingly decorated. The guys working inside were clean cut, friendly, and super knowledgeable. Their communication was excellent, and they texted me every step of the way. They handled every part of my insurance claim. When my car was done, I was able to leave my rental car there, hop in my car, and leave. They made it so easy.”

“Many years ago my wife was involved in an accident. And our insurance company recommended Rapid Collision. Through the years my car has been there once and my wife's car has been worked on there four or five times. We have never had an issue with their work or estimates. We have had dents repaired and our cars painted. Bumpers repaired and replaced. They have even replaced our window regulators at our expense. And the price was reasonable. And the regulators were installed the same day the parts arrived. Through the years we have spoken mostly to Jeff and Nate. Both have been nothing but professional and efficient. Who is brilliant and knowledgeable and just wonderful. I have an original 2001 Jeep Wrangler (his name is Jasper). I trust VERY few mechanics with him. I bought him with 12 miles on him in December of 2000 (right when they released the 2001). He now has almost 188,000. Every mile put on by me. OH MAN! They were so great with him! “I had attempted to get my trailer repaired at a shop in Phoenix who couldn’t complete the repair I needed, so they referred me to Wrangler Trailers. I called and Brad was able to get my ATV/utility trailer in on short notice. I took the trailer in on a Monday at about 9:15am and there weee a couple trailers already there in front of me, but I got the call that the work was completed at about 11:15am. These guys are great! They got the job done quickly, meticulously and in a professional manner at a very reasonable price. Everyone I was in contact with there was friendly and professional.”

“Incredibly knowledgeable and helpful auto service! We recently had some ignition issues with a BMW that we had just purchased, so we brought it in to see Chris. It was looking grim before we brought it in, but he was able to diagnose and fix the problem quickly and efficiently. A few weeks later we realized that something was wrong with the engine, and he was able to discover that a different auto shop had screwed up on its last oil change, which could have resulted in a catastrophic disaster to the engine. Chris again diagnosed and solved the problem like a pro! He is the type of guy that takes pride in his work, and it shows by his passion and how thorough he is, with not only his work, but also his way of helping the customer understand these complex German vehicles. “The people at CARSTAR East Valley Collison did an amazing job on my car. 10/10 in terms of service, repair, and overall experience. I came in with a messed-up muffler, trunk and a bumper hanging on by a thread. The guys at East Valley Collison made my car look brand new and like none of the damage had ever happened. They were quick, efficient, reliable, and very courteous. I had driven a rental down to pickup my car and they even offered to drive my rental back to enterprise for me. The biggest surprise was when I got into my car. They had vacuumed and cleaned my interior and even gave it a fresh scent. By far some of the best service I have ever received, amazing job.”

My 2023 Tundra limited TRD Off-road is now sitting on 37’s with King coil-overs and shocks, along with Mazzulla Off-road UAC’s and rear lower trailing arms. Looks tuff as hell and drives amazing!My first time working with the guys at Bulletproof and it definitely won’t be the last. Next up will be off-road lighting upgrades.Whoever left the only 1 star review should take there Prius elsewhere. This is the real deal off-road shop not the Walmart tire department.”
