“I ordered a EGR valve for a 2020 ram 5500. Unfortunately it was the wrong part as I didnt realize there were 2 styles for this year. Despite that they were quick to help and give me the needed info to return the valve. Customer service was top notch and I'd happily order again. Shipping was quick as well. Will use them for future needs.”

Very personable. When our second vehicle was in a minor accident a few days after Bernie went into the shop we did selected the same shop again. We were not disappointed. (A quick tip for anyone with insurance make sure you get rental car coverage. Just in case. You never know. Luckily we had it for both cars.)”

“It’s been a couple of weeks now since getting my 4” Zone lift kit on my ‘21 Ram 1500 and it’s been awesome! The 2 things that made me choose Jason and Offroad Industries were the responsiveness to different messages, not only before the build with all of my questions or concerns but during the build as well. Communication was always there. The other factor was that he wasn’t charging an arm and a leg like some of the other shops I had got quotes from. Fair pricing, A+ work and communication are what you’ll get with Offroad Industries. I’d recommend them for sure. Can’t wait to see the new shop space they move into!”

““I’ve run two identical side-by-sides on the same trails for a couple of years. One had various other suspension setups and was constantly giving me trouble. The other had LSR suspension, and honestly, the difference is night and day. The LSR-equipped machine has hasn’t had a single issue, with the exception of one ball joint that appears to be a result of damaged A-arm instead of wear and tear. All the other 3 are in perfect condition. Not a single failure. The quality is absolutely superior, and on a completely different level. Their customer service is just as impressive, if not better.
