“I went into this location yesterday in order to update my modem for internet, telephone and tablet. Luis was my Salesperson and he did an excellent job of connecting me with the right equipment. The store manager, Yair, and the other sales reps, Leslye and Alexis all assisted in the transfer of my data when not busy with their own customers - therefore speeding up the process for me. All in all they made what usually is a stressful experience very pleasant. I was amazed at the quality of Customer Service the staff provided to all of the Customers. This is a great T-mobile organization.”

“I really hope this review goes directly to the Recker store in mesa- not Verizon as a whole. I have had the most frustrating Verizon experience for 2 days via customer service over the phone and tech support. It's been a literal nightmare. But Hunter, at this specific location, is probably the best Verizon rep I've ever encountered in my 16 years with Verizon. He was tech support, customer service, and a friendly human all in one package. I actually pass a few Verizon to get to this location and I will never go anywhere else after my visit today. ALL of the staff was extremely friendly, and like I said, Hunter was just the best. 10/10 (and I came in extremely frustrated and probably a bad attitude at the beginning ??)”
