“I’ve had the chance to visit both locations, and although I haven’t rented at either one yet because we’re still deciding, I’ve had the pleasure of running into Cierra both times. She has been great every time I’ve interacted with her.
She is very professional, helpful, and you can tell she genuinely cares about what she does. She will take care of you and make sure you have everything you need. She is also stern when she needs to be and doesn’t put up with people being rude or disrespectful, which I actually really appreciate. She knows how to handle situations while still being professional and fair.
You can tell that Cierra takes pride in the property and has a real passion for storage. She cares about keeping the property taken care of and making sure customers have a good experience. Honestly, it’s refreshing to come across someone who takes that much pride in their job. Even though we haven’t decided which location we’ll be renting from yet, I would be happy to have someone like Cierra taking care of us. She is definitely an asset to the company and deserves to be recognized for how great she is at what she does.”
“I only came to pick up some moving supplies but was really blown away by the customer service. I can't speak to the storage facilities but the staff is top notch! As someone who's always bought moving supplies at Home Depot or Lowe's, I feel like an idiot for not coming to a U-Haul store first! Better prices and better products.”
