“Joey at Pony Express always goes above and beyond. No matter what kind of shenanigans I’ve got going on, he handles everything professionally and with a great attitude. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares about their customers the way he does. If you need something shipped or delivered, Pony Express has your back. Highly recommend! Oh also if you stop by you gotta try the eggs!!🍳”

“I picked up some forwarded correspondence here as General Delivery while traveling through Fountain Hill from out-of-state. EZ-PZ! Also shipped several items while there and the desk clerk was super helpful in choosing the best price/size envelopes from their retail supplies as well most economical postage class. Great and friendly customer service!”

“had an incredible experience at this UPS location. Needed a complicated, rush print in 24 hours for 3 posters. Moments after I emailed in my request (after the offices had closed), Cordell called me confirming my order, needs, and all other relevant details. They even accommodated a local delivery nearby.
The poster came out in excellent condition exactly to the specifications I requested. Prices were very manageable.
Thank you to Cordell and everyone else at this location!”
