“The staff is so helpful here! Anything you need mailed they can get it done! Sending out a package to my mother a few days before Christmas. I was told it was going to be delivered Tuesday. So the day after Christmas. I knew I was cutting it close, but the little lady at the counter told me if she had time she would try to get out to another store to get it out on time...Well not sure where she took it but my mom got here gift Saturday so the day before Christmas Eve. Thank you so much for going that extra mile. You made to new friends for being so cool just because! Thanks again girl! She know who she is!!!!!”

“I use this company to manage all my mailing needs. Currently I'm traveling abroad so I'm using them as a 100% managed mail solution. Their service works perfectly for me and I even had documents Internationally shipped to me and I had no issues receiving them. I love the fact that the only mail that shows up in my "Inbox" is legitimate mail. No more dealing with junk mail. I don't think I'll ever go back to receiving mail at my house if I ever return to America ? Highly recommend this mail service ?SIDE NOTE: the reviews calling out poor service when the company transition started, while this was somewhat true as of recently they have gone back to their amazing and super responsive service. Take those reviews however you like but I can vouch that service has been picture perfect for me over the last two months.”

Sometimes the store is very busy but the staff work the line down quickly, efficiently, accurately. I can appreciate that the staff is grateful for downtime - it gives them a chance to tie up loose ends and restock everything. I loved reading the greeting cards while waiting in line. “I've always had a great experience with the people that work here. In the past couple of months, the girls here are always very pleasant and very accommodating, especially Emma. Sometimes, I'm having to rush in a few minutes before closing and they are still very accommodating and genuinely sweet.The only thing I would say that I miss is that there was a manager, Louise Nagy, who I have dealt with a couple of times in the past and she was great to work with. I haven't seen her in a long, long time. I used to think she was the owner, but I think she is, or was, just the manager. I miss seeing her there. It was very helpful to have her there as the manager. (I'm not sure they have a manager there now.)I have used this UPS many times in the past 3 years and I would not go to any other UPS store, if I can help it. I love it also because it's never crazy, packed busy. And, even if it gets a little busier, it's very organized and very well run. Everything runs smoothly and very quickly. Absolutely 5 STARS for this UPS!”

“Great customer service! I couldn’t figure out what happened to a package that I thought I carried in to mail along with another package. I was completely stumped. Checked at home, in my car - nothing. Went back to them to see if I left it somewhere. They let me look all over the store etc. The clerk then took time to look at their security camera footage and he found out that I stacked both packages on top of each other and they packed up everything as one package! We had a good laugh! So helpful! Thank you.”
