“I hope the corporate UPS sees this review and I hope that every manager or owner of each franchise Location reads this review and takes it seriously… as a frequent user of UPS services I have landed on what is the absolute most top notch best UPS in the valley 8776 E. Shea Boulevard -the first thing I noticed is they have a CLEAN automatic door so there’s no more struggling with clumsy doors that are ridden with germs and dirt and fingerprints as is the case at of the UPS at 1924 E. Camelback Road or many others that I’ve attended… there’s a central in Camelback “location that is filthy and allows transients to hang out inside. There’s the Indian school location where the employee ancts furious that they have to put their phone down to help you! All of them are fraught with issues with minimal parking poor customer service and doors that are very difficult to open, especially for somebody who is handicapped such as myself. I love about this location as there’s plenty of parking and there is a number of handicap parking spots that allow for me to park in one of them. The automatic door is delightful. The fact that it is clean is also a pleasant surprise and every time I enter the store I realize that it’s worth my while to drive out of my way to go to this UPS location as opposed to any others because it is here where I’ll be greeted with a warm smile and a jovial. “How can I help you today?” I honestly was shocked. The first time I came in and I thought well this must be the owner and that is why I’m getting such GREAT customer service. The next time I came in with my daughter and even my daughter said “MOM this UPS store is way nicer than the other ones!” We were both having a full conversation about it after we left. I asked the same employee who greeted me this time what his name was and he said his name was Chris and I inquired about how I could please provide a positive recommendation or review he said yes but please just don’t mention my name just put it for the whole team because we all want to help any customer that comes into this location. I could not believe my ears not only is there a jovial, friendly customer service oriented employee who is there to help and does so very efficiently, but he also wants to give credit to his entire team so he has humility. These are rare traits in this day and age and I have to say other UPS stores please take notice. This is the prototype of what all of you should be striving to provide to the customers, instead I get surly Slow service at the other locations, as slow as molasses and really could care less. Another standout thing that I noticed about this location. The employee actually offered to take the surplus recycling box that I brought my items in to return to Amazon. This has never happened to other locations. In fact, they discouraged it and at other locations they won’t even allow you to use a 6 inch piece of tape. Should your package need it? I’ve been forced to buy a whole roll of tape in order to just put a small amount of tape on a package That needed just a little bit more security all in all I will be a repeat customer and I will organize my Scottsdale trips around a visit to the UPS store when necessary in the future because the experience is so much superior to the other locations also might add they move very quickly in the store and get everything done rapidly with a smile on their faces and have a nice day Just absolutely delightful. Thank you so much and I hope that the owner of this franchise location gives a special bonus to the employees working at the store because they deserve it.”

“I’ve been using Mail Call for a long time and feel compelled to leave a review because the recent negative one does not reflect my experience at all.

Mail Call has always been professional, welcoming, and community-oriented. The staff know their customers by name, the environment is orderly, and safety has never been an issue in the many times I’ve been there.

Regarding the situation described in the other review: dogs are occasionally present inside the business, as is common in many small local shops, and they are normally calm and supervised. I’ve never seen aggressive behavior, loose animals roaming the street, or anyone acting “unprofessionally.” On the contrary, the owner has always handled situations directly and responsibly.

What stood out to me about that review is how much it relies on hypotheticals (“what if a child was attacked”) rather than what actually happened. By the reviewer’s own admission, no aggression occurred. Unfortunately, misunderstandings can happen in public spaces, especially when emotions run high - but one heated moment does not define a business that has otherwise been consistent, reliable, and respectful.

“I visited the FedEx Office location today and had one of the best customer service experiences I've had in a long time, thanks to Chase.

I came in needing to print a shipping label for a large mirror that was still in my car. Chase immediately said he could help print the label and even offered to help bring the mirror in from my car. He was incredibly kind, professional, and willing to go above and beyond to assist.

And thanks to Karen at PostNet I now have high quality digital and hard copy prints that look practically identical to the originals - this is challenging and can’t be done on regular scanners due to the various raised surfaces and calligraphy details on these diplomas. But Karen did it! And now for the first time in the last 15 years I’ll have phenomenal copies I can frame and put on my wall
We will be returning for any of my printing, scanning, and copying needs
Also FYI, you can mail post office mail with flat rate boxes available there. And she’s also a notary. We’ve barely been here a month in Az, and have used all of these services with her. So truly a a one stop shop!
