“I purchased a mattress 2 years ago and it's already sagging. No matter what side of the mattress I sleep on - right side, left side or middle - within a week it is sagging in that spot. I expected much more from a $2300 mattress. I'll be purchasing another mattress but will definitely be looking elsewhere.
update: Received a call from Mattia who advised I have a warranty on my mattress. She is sending someone out to look at it, take some pictures and see if it needs to be replaced. I have updated my review to 4 stars due to the quickness Brooklyn Bedding responded to my review and their eagerness to resolve the problem. I will update again once they have checked out the issue with the mattress and it is resolved to everyone's satisfaction.”
“The lady instore (Gilbert) was very helpful, I already own the Queen Mint Legacy, But having made enquiries about pricing there seems to be a $500 difference between Queen and King this seems to much for me. So it looks like I'll have to take a closer look at the Competition.”
