We picked out one of the Purple Matresses and he was very helpful in our decision. He also showed us how to use the adjustable frame that is supplied with our bed and taught us a lot of the benefits to the different positions that the frame can be set to.We are extremely happy and highly recommend working with him if you’re in the market for a new bed.”

“What a great concept for a business. Sell quality mattresses at a reasonable price, and make it so you can customize it. Also, when layers wear out or your preferences change you can replace the layers at a fraction of the price of a whole new mattress. It just makes sense to chooseSleepEz. We had a great experience from great customer service to the way this quality mattress feels. The pillows are awesome as well. We ended up getting a split layer king. My side, Dunlop firm for the bottom, and 2 soft layer taladay worked for me. My wife got Dunlop firm on bottom and medium taladay for middle layer, medium Dunlop top. Dunlop is more dense, and taladay more springy. It took us a few weeks to figure out what we liked best by swapping layers, and one exchange which they make super simple. We are very happy with how simple they make everything and getting good sleep now. For reference, we had an 8 year old Purple Mattress which was ok but got stiff and started hurting our joints, but this mattress is on a whole nother level.”

“First off expect a high pressure sales experience. The prices they claim are 50% off are actual prices just doubled then cut almost in half. We got talked into or tricked into buying an adjustable bed. Caution to anyone buying a bed from there read the paper you sign before you sign it. I didn't have my reading glasses so I didn't read it. I assumed it was the same as others I've signed, it's not. Read it. You probably won't sign it if you read it I wouldn't have. Somehow I got distracted. Also there most expensive mattress is not desirable at all. Yes we got talked into that as well. It's ok but the person sleeping on the other side will bounce around if their partner moves and it didn't on the bed you try out in the store. We had serious buyers remorse after the whole deal. On top of it all the delivery people who came and installed the adjustable bed left a twist tie on the floor under the night stand and when I moved the nightstand to adjust its position not knowing about the twist tie it scratched the wood floor. So bummed.”

“Received my new queen mattress from Latex Mattress Factory a few weeks ago. Three layers 100% natural talalay. Absolutely the best! I will never buy another type of mattress again. I'm mostly a side/stomach sleeper and prefer a firm mattress so I choose extra firm bottom layer and firm for the top two layers, it's perfect. If you're unsure or confused about what to buy, simply give them a call and they can explain the options and help you choose. Another great thing about latex mattresses is if you have narrow stairway and can't navigate traditional mattress and box spring up tight stairs or hallway you won't have that trouble because the latex arrives in individual packaged boxes you can easily set it up anywhere. Their latex comes from a well known latex supplier, nothing hidden or sketchy. It's hypoallergenic, temperature neutral and no chemicals. Thank you LMF.”
