“After a long and frustrating search for the right mattress, I’m so relieved to have found Latex Mattress Factory. I had been dealing with back pain on a Purple mattress that lost all the support for my back really quickly even though I’m a petite 120 lbs, also after learning more about the materials used (including glue and other lower-quality components), I realized I wanted something organic without harmful chemicals. When I learned I could actually create my own mattress layer by layer and read all the great info about the benefits of latex ( real natural-organic latex) I was sold. It was a bit risky because where we live there is not latex mattress store and I have never slept on latex but, LMF kindly send me the sample kit and that really help me feel better about it so I took a leap of faith and I am so so happy I did!? You can also swap on layer for $45 dollars (to cover shipping), and it myst be done within the first month I believe -if the comfort you’re looking is a bit softer or firmer. Basically, they care about your health and want you happy for many years.
Their customer service also made a huge difference. They are incredibly responsive, kind, and helpful throughout the process, which makes everything so much easier.
Overall, I’m super happy with my purchase and would absolutely recommend Latex Mattress Factory to any friends or family looking for a healthier, high-quality mattress. I live in Florida and shipment was quick and easy. They use Fedex which is also a plus. Thank you so much for being such a great company! ?”
“First off expect a high pressure sales experience. The prices they claim are 50% off are actual prices just doubled then cut almost in half. We got talked into or tricked into buying an adjustable bed. Caution to anyone buying a bed from there read the paper you sign before you sign it. I didn't have my reading glasses so I didn't read it. I assumed it was the same as others I've signed, it's not. Read it. You probably won't sign it if you read it I wouldn't have. Somehow I got distracted. Also there most expensive mattress is not desirable at all. Yes we got talked into that as well. It's ok but the person sleeping on the other side will bounce around if their partner moves and it didn't on the bed you try out in the store. We had serious buyers remorse after the whole deal. On top of it all the delivery people who came and installed the adjustable bed left a twist tie on the floor under the night stand and when I moved the nightstand to adjust its position not knowing about the twist tie it scratched the wood floor. So bummed.”
