“Robert was very helpful and knowledgeable about their products. He gave us plenty of time to look at and try out the mattresses but was always available to answer our questions with helpful data. He asked focused questions to help us narrow down our priorities as well. The Labor Day sale helped too. 😊”

“Generally satisfied. 2 issues. Delivery personnel should put booties on at the front door. Also, our old mattress was placed in the correct bed frame, but it was installed upside down. It is a pillow top mattress, so hard to make a mistake unless you aren't paying attention. The guys were very nice.”

“Evalia Cornejo I had such a great experience buying my dining table from her! She was incredibly kind, friendly, and easy to communicate with throughout the entire process. The table was exactly as described and even better in person. You can tell she took great care of it, and it was exactly what I was looking for. She made the whole transaction smooth and stress-free, and I truly appreciate how nice and accommodating she was. I would definitely buy from her again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for something she has for sale! ❤”

“We could not be more pleased than we are. I’ve never experienced this level of customer service when purchasing anything from any retail business. This experience of purchasing a new couch for our home was amazing. We had to make several trips in to the store while trying to decide what couch we wanted and what fabric etc…not once did Jd ever make us feel like we were an inconvenience. He was very welcoming every time we interacted with him. No pressure was ever felt. The gentleman Jd even delivered our couch personally. I’m very impressed with the level of customer service that Kerby’s Furniture provided and they definitely have earned a long time customer!! I highly recommend supporting this business over any big brand company!!! Very happy customer 👍”

“In a time when customer service is lacking or non existing, companies don’t answer the phone and expect you to buy on a website…but we have questions. So imagine my surprise when Furniture plus in Mesa Arizona actually answered the phone. A very nice kind patient professional owner answered all my questions and and made amazing suggestions. The big box discount centers could care less about customers and I will only shop at family run businesses, where they care and treat staff and customers with kindness and Grace. Thank you Furniture plus… you made my day and I’ll see you soon❤”

“Stephen listened to my needs, had me test several mattresses, and let me decide which one to get. No pressure, no manipulation, no silly sales shenanigans. Just straightforward problem solving, meeting my needs. Stephen was more than gracious and kind. I drove past another mattress store to get to Mattress Firm, and I would do it again.”

“Got our new oven through these guys - it was crazy how seamless the whole transaction was. I knew exactly what I wanted, so I found it on their website and paid. I got a call to confirm my order and set up delivery. Day of, I get texts to update me on ETA and location of the delivery driver. Ivan was a superstar and so incredibly professional. It was like I blinked and a new oven appeared! Long story short, I think I'm only going to buy my appliances from here going forward. What a great business!”

“We stopped in on a Saturday morning, and we were the only people in there shopping. We were looking for a couch or loveseat as well as potentially some end tables and a coffee table. The owner was working. He was fantastic! He was so funny, provided us great information on the brands and styles, and was happy to have us in the store. We ended up leaving with a loveseat that worked out awesome. We didn't find any end tables in store that really "matched" the style we were looking for. I would definitely recommend this store to others.”

“We had a wonderful experience from start to finish! We came in with a plan to order a custom Stanton couch and sectional, and the gentleman who helped us was incredibly patient and knowledgeable. He took the time to triple-check the configuration to make sure everything was exactly right, and we never felt rushed. As an added bonus, our furniture arrived a few weeks earlier than expected! Delivery was just as great—the delivery guy was friendly and even helped move another piece of furniture for us. Excellent customer service all around. We couldn’t be happier with our experience!”

“We bought this set from Molino’s probably 10 years ago and it has lasted beautifully. I was tired of the color but because it was still in great shape didn’t want to replace it. I called them and they were able to re-powder coat it in a color that I wanted. In just a couple weeks they delivered what looked like a brand new set and I’m looking forward to it lasting another 20 years. They have a huge selection of high quality furniture at very reasonable prices and amazing customer service.”

“Worth a look!I've been intrigued by the name and finally had a chance to stop in. Nothing fit my needs but the place was clean and everything looked decent quality. They had some interesting items as well as more basic. The pop art car bar was tempting but I don't have a spot for it. Easy parking.”

“I recently bought some living room furniture from Furniture Plus. Since I had bought a sectional from them about 15 years ago, I knew they had a nice selection of quality furniture. And, wow, yet again, they did not disappoint. The love seat and chair I bought are of a very good quality, but priced below the prices of some of chain furniture stores in which I searched. You are dealing with a family business that has been around for decades. Delivery was prompt. The guys were very professional and made sure that things were placed to my satisfaction. I highly recommend Furniture Plus.”

“This was the first stop to shop for a refrigerator. A salesman meet us at the door (which everyone hates) but this gentlemen was very informative, took his time to explain his products, and allowed us to share our opinions. We were sold on a fridge but wanted to run more errands. We got home and worked on our fridge and managed to get it to work. But because of this salesman, we're definitely sold on going back if our fridge finally goes. I definitely appreciate that kind of service and will go here for future needs.”
