“Last July we bought a new mattress/box spring from Sack Time and could not be more pleased with it. Tahnee showed us several mattresses (they have a huge showroom) and we actually tried them and ended up purchasing an Aireloom mattress that we both like. Delivery was quick and very professional and they took our old mattress which itself was less than 2 years old. The Aireloom is literally the best sleep we've ever had. When it's time to buy another mattress, this is the place that we'll go to. Both Ziva and Tahnee are very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions to our satisfaction which is rare. It was never a hard sell.”

“We looked at Wallbed reviews and quality of other Wallbeds at a home show, and there was no comparison with Scottsdale Wallbeds & More Store. Ryan has the best reviews hands down. He was super helpful with coming to our home and measuring, to be sure we did not choose something we would regret, and answered all our questions. Communication is good. Amy the owner was also helpful. The installers were super patient, as I am a bit meticulous, and want it perfect since I paid so much. These may be a little more expensive than some others, but you get what you pay for, and the quality with the builder, not just sales, was worth it for us. We purchased the library which holds all the books from 2 previous bookshelves and still has lots of room left on it for decorations. It has phone chargers and lights. We got the coffee color. It is in the exercise room and there is much more room now with the sofa bed gone. Sheets can be stored right on it, and folded up. Pillows can be tucked in on the side walls. It really looks rich with the real wood floor. We love it so much, especially having a regular mattress that goes on a bed, not just a thin little fold away mattress, that we just ordered a second Wallbed for my office a couple weeks after this one was installed. Now we have a couple neighbors who love it and are interested. Will show pics of the second one when it is complete in about 8 weeks. Now we will have 2 real queen size beds for family who visit, not a smaller "queen" couch bed and the blow up bed.Update: second Wallbed in my office is the Magnolia Horizontal in white with a brownish color which looks kind of antique or stone washed. It is also a real Serta queen mattress like the library mattress. It fits great and there’s plenty of room to walk around, and I only have to scoot my office chairs out of the way a little. I purchased 2 different size nightstands, to use for my printer and other office supplies. Again Ryan was super helpful with measuring and suggestions. We were planning on the vertical bed, but the horizontal fits better. The installation guys were great! We highly recommend Scottsdale Wallbeds & More Store!”

“I just want to first thank Barbie for all her patience and help. My husband and I were visiting from WNY and we don’t have a showroom in Buffalo, so we took the opportunity to stop in and try the mattresses. We both have the purple pillows and want to upgrade our mattress, but we have very different mattress preferences when it comes to soft and firmness. Barbie was so knowledgeable and sweet, she took the time to explain in detail the difference between each mattress. We also mentioned we share our bed with our dogs and she informed us that everyone at Purple was a pet owner and lover which was nice to hear! Though we unfortunately weren’t able to buy anything since we were leaving the following day, Barbie truly made it a memorable shopping experience and we cannot thank her enough. We look forward to ordering our mattress and getting quality sleep with our dogs!”

“We purchased a microwave, range, dishwasher and a Samsung TV and Sonos soundbar and subwoofer. Mike delivered and installed the products with skill and professionalism. He stayed and showed us the Sonos application and made sure everything was working before leaving. We also purchased a reverse osmosis drinking water system that has not yet been installed due to a delay in getting the order to Amariflo. The appointment hasn't now been scheduled for late March. We are very happy with the products and installation process. Thank you Mike for the great installation service.”

“My wife and I researched mattresses extensively and were swayed toward Amerisleep by our chiropractor's recommendation. After filling out their online quiz, we ordered the AS3 mattress and have had it for 2 weeks. It has provided some of the best night sleeps we have had in years! The combination soft/firm is just right for us, and as a notoriously hot body temperature sleeper, I have found their claims of providing cooling to be a reality.What was unexpected is the level of customer service! From the welcome emails to the instructional information for setting up and navigating a new mattress to questions I have sent to customer service and their incredible responsiveness, I can honestly recommend them and encourage you to avoid too much time spent with research by jumping right to Amerisleep!”

“What girl doesn't love an At Home shopping trip?! However, I would've given this review a 3 if it hadn't been for a lovely employee named Alorea.. I was trying get a specific couch that was on display but I couldn't find it anywhere in a box to purchase! I went up to the front to get some help from an employee because they'd probably know but the 1st lady they sent was very mean, said they didn't have any in stock and I couldn't purchase the display (even tho it was slightly dirty anyways), and basically just started to walk away & say try online. Soooo I went online & it said this store had it, went back up to the front where luckily Alorea followed me to the back and helped me find what was in stock! She also informed me that the manager encourages them to sell the displays IF there is NONE left inventory.. Anyways, if it weren't for Alorea's friendly attitude & customer service this review would've been a lot different.. I didn't catch the name of the rude employee but I heard she works in the pillow department, maybe she just needed a nap cause she woke up on the wrong side of the bed that day!”

“There was one very negative aspect of my trip to the Sleep Number store!In order to purchase a new Sleep Number bed for a recently acquired house, I was forced to leave the snug embrace of one of my current Sleep Number beds.Might the company figure out a way to bring the products to me for in-home comparison? I'll bet Sharis DeJaynes, my stellar sleep coach, would be able to figure out how to arrange that!My Sleep Number shopping experience would then be absolutely perfect!”
