“I recently rented a moving truck from this location. I know John helped me and was not only nice, professional, informative, friendly, and so helpful. He took care of everything I needed and it couldn’t have been easier or more pleasant. Then, when I dropped the truck off I encountered Sherri. She was wonderful, helpful, and made sure I had everything I needed taken care of. If I ever have to move again, I’m coming back. Could not have been more welcomed and taken care of. Kudos to you both!”

U-Haul Moving & Storage of Gilbert
2557 S Gilbert Rd, Gilbert AZ 85295
“Over the last couple of years, my mother and I have used this Uhaul location multiple times to rent our trucks and every experience is top-notch! Not only is the office always clean and stocked, but the trucks are always in good shape and ready to go without issue. My favorite thing BY FAR is the service! Christina & Ben are excellent - at every turn they are knowledgeable, kind, helpful, compassionate, and an absolute joy to work with...as is the rest of the staff they employ. This move in particular was a very difficult, stressful one, yet they all went above and beyond to make this part of it as painless as possible. I could not recommend this location more for all of your packing & moving needs, including storage. I will continue to ONLY rent my trucks from here!”

“Just did the stars so I could say something... find it interesting that the owner/respondent will reply to those reviews that are positive, but at no time responds to negative reviews. It seems most are are related to bad interaction or treatment by Ricardo or other. I realize there are reviews w/ accolades given to the fella & owner both, but that doesn't mean Ricardo or another employee can't or won't be rude when the owner/mgr aren't present...”

U-Haul Moving & Storage at Gilbert Heritage District
1230 N Gilbert Rd, Gilbert AZ 85234
“Pick up was easy and quick. There were a few people waiting, but the staff members were working their way through us quickly. They all seemed to know their jobs well and were able to provide a proper amount of customer service at the same time. It felt like they valued our time as much as we did. THAT is unusual nowadays. I have no suggestions, only compliments.”
