I couldn’t be happier on how Michael and Eric made sure the keyboard was safe and secure. The location on Elliot in Awatukee turned us away saying they don’t take walk in after 430pm, however this location advised they take walk ins til 5pm. Truly grateful our experience at the location was much better. Now we’re ready for trip.”

“I have visited this location quite a few times over the past few months, and each time Chantry has been there, welcoming, and so very helpful and patient! I had to ship a bunch of stuff to Dubai a few months back and I was very nervous and overwhelmed, not wanting to mess up the address or the shipment for my bosses. Chantry helped me figure everything out, and also filled out the customs forms for me.I work/live closer to a couple other shipping places, but each time I will drive out of my way to come to this location, mainly because I know Chantry will get my shipment done fast and correctly! All I can say is this location is lucky to have someone like him! I highly recommend you visit this location for any shipping needs!”

“Went to pick up a package at 5:30 there was a very long line. Eventually closing time hit, and they locked the doors. One worker (short w/ black hair) yelled to get out if you aren’t picking up a package. Also yelled right in front of a girl after she picked up her package that she needs to get out if she has picked up her package. I totally understand being busy, frustrated, and understaffed but the disrespectful manner of communication towards others was shocking and unacceptable. There are much more professional ways to say the store is closing. Normally I don’t ever have issues here and the other employees are great, always courteous and hardworking.Edit after owner response: Changed my review to 5 stars since the business was responsive - and like I said I understand being busy and stressed in service jobs. I'm glad that the appropriate person was made aware and addressed the issue. Keep up the good work.”

“Have not had any problems here. Yes, staffed by students for the most part but I have not ran into the problems other reviews stated. Also true it is inside an ASU building, not full service, and not a good option for anyone who is not already parked nearby or works/lives in the area.”

“Not sure why people say they don't like this Post Office. I have been using it for years and never had an issue. The people are nice and efficient and process the lines as fast as they can. If they don't have enough up front, they call for more assistance. Aside from it being FAR further away than the closest Post Office to me, I would recommend.”
