“I love coming here! Everyone is so friendly!! Dominic at the UPS Store in Tempe is genuinely exceptional. His patience, kindness, and professionalism are on another level. He has this incredibly peaceful, reassuring presence that you can feel the moment you interact with him, and he treats customers with a level of respect and care that is becoming incredibly rare. Y’all deserve recognition and a raise. Employees like y’all are the reason customers remember a business and choose to come back. Thank you, Dominic, for being such a wonderful human being. Perla”

“People there are very friendly and very understanding of my needs as a growing businessman in the community. They've been there for me before. They've always been very courteous and kind. Even when I forgot my USB port they called me right away and said Mr. Stewart. We have something here for you that you left behind. I was very grateful for their employee. Owen, who was very helpful with designing my new business cards and the individuals there are just spot on with everything great company”

“I wanted to give accolades to Brianna that helped me with a very fragile order yesterday 8/29/26. She was polite and patient and helped me maneuver the awkward item that I was shipping fragile to my customer in MN. I first walked in and the young man there just looked at me no greeting or anything. I had to stop and say hello. Just no greeting or customer service approach. Then Brianna appeared and spoke and asked if I needed help. I thanked her several time because it is hard to get good customer service no days and I see this a representation of the company. So I told her I wanted to give thanks publically for well done service and felt comfortable in shipping my fragile item with UPS yesterday.”

I’m right in the middle of two UPS Store locations, but I’ll continue choosing this one because of the great customer service.”
