“The customer service I received from Yeisha was top notch. She was able to help me take care of several copies, scans, and documents that needed to be sent. She was very patient with me and was able to troubleshoot some issues I was having so that everything could be completed. Her demeanor was so positive, friendly, patient, and very refreshing - especially since I was overwhelmed with making sure everything I needed got done. When I goofed up and had to return to the store because I made an error, her male co-worker was so unhelpful that I asked if Yeisha was around to help me. She came from the back of the store where only employees have access and she was delightful, helpful, and took care of what I needed, despite her coworker adamantly refusing to help me. I hope to see her there again next time I need something.”
