She was polite and patient and helped me maneuver the awkward item that I was shipping fragile to my customer in MN. I first walked in and the young man there just looked at me no greeting or anything. I had to stop and say hello. Just no greeting or customer service approach. Then Brianna appeared and spoke and asked if I needed help. I thanked her several time because it is hard to get good customer service no days and I see this a representation of the company. “Areyonna has Exceptional Customer Service!!! I went to Dillard's & they ordered an outfit for me@ the store on-line on August 10. It was being shipped to my house for a cruise I was taking on August 22 29. It never arrived & when I came back from the cruise it still hadn't arrived. I went to Chandler Mall Customer Service & they said it was not their issue to take care of. I went to FedEx & Areyonna went over & above to help me resolve the Issue. “I've been going to this PO for over 15 years and staff has been terrific without exception! So helpful and old-fashioned nice. I enjoy going there. Got extra help yesterday picking up a load of stuff that required a cart where the associate was more than happy to load it into my car trunk and take the cart back in. “I haven't had to work with anyone at the desk. But this location has a well-lit, clean and air-conditioned 24-hour drop off parcel area that I use regularly for prepaid package drop offs. I feel good knowing that even in weird hours all my packages are cool and safe in the Phoenix heat.”
