“Always well maintained. Haven't had to deal with a broken pump. Consistently low prices. Gas up for the vehicle and then over to gas up the family with great deal at the warehouse.”
“Yall need to add signage that says both sides of the pump work for either side of the car. I don’t think most people know this and it’s causing long backups and uneven lines.”
“I've never been to a Costco I don't love. This location is very convenient to me and I have been here too many times lol. Costco always carry new unique things for sale and today, I found a beautiful succulent arrangement for $19.99! I also found a box of 8 crispy potato corn dogs on sale for $7.69! (regular price is $10.69) this is an item I've never seen before but another shopper said it's so good so of course I had to get a bag. Their regular prices are very good, but when they have sales, prices can't be beat. Today, they also had a couple events going on- jewelry, Candy & Chocolate Co. dipped apples- 3 of them for $13.99 which is a great price. This store is always busy but today seemed busier than usual. I think people were stocking up for Super Bowl tomorrow. Could not believe I scored 2 free huge protein bars at one of the sample stations. They sell for $4 each! How can I not love Costco? :)”
“Sometimes this Costco has something the Mesa one does not or we are close by, so we stop. Being in Gilbert we end up paying 1.5% sales tax on food, while there is no sales tax on food in Mesa, so it is our second choice. It is a good store and if we are after non-food items it does not matter if we buy it here or in Mesa.”

“Battery services at the S. Gilbert location of Sam’s Club are excellent! I had a great experience working with Jesus. I had an issue with a car battery I purchased from Sam’s Club, and he resolved it within minutes and provided a replacement without any hassle. Really appreciate the quick and helpful service—highly recommend this location!”
“I was trying to get to a party and didn't realize my tire was flat until too late. I limped it over to Costco to try to get some air in it and it wouldn't fill up. I managed to get the attention of one of the employees- Caden- and he immediately took my car into the shop, talked me through everything, put on my spare tire for me for free, was so kind and patient, gave me all the instructions and advice and sent me on my way. Such amazing service and I am so grateful for his help! 100 stars. (I was only an hour late to the party!)”
“Sam's is Sam's . . . but I noticed that prices for basics are lower than Costco which I was at this morning. The big case of water was still $4 vs $6 at Costco. Even the hot dog deal was $1.38 vs $1.50 at Costco. Other things like toilet paper and paper towels were about the same (about $20). Hopefully when I review this in a year it is about the same.”

“I ordered 7 pizzas to be ready at a certain time...well they nailed it. Pleasant,efficient cashier experience and she kept a smile on the entire time. Pretty rare these days. If I could say 1 thing though, they might need a better line up/order/pay/pickup arrangement. It gets pretty congested there.”

“Sam's Club pharmacy has been my pharmacy for at least since 2005 so 20 years now. They are helpful, knowledgeable, advise you of complications, in need of shots and quick customer service! The pharmacist are friendly and listen when speaking to them and the assistant's are guick and very friendly!”

“This is our go to Sam's club for gas and food. There usually isn't too bad of a line for gas and I'm always impressed that the store itself never seems overly busy which is awesome. People working there have always been friendly and using the self checkout with the app makes it a breeze to get in and out. Try the sushi, it's shockingly great!”
“I have talked to the employee Vinny on several occasions. Everything i go to them and discount tire, they are always so much better. Discount tire is not very friendly, they are always eager to help, discount tire always tries to upsell, costco will let you know if the car can wait, the employees there are nice and always willing to help out”
“I love buying my bulk products at Sam's Club. It's clean and organized. The bonus for me is being able to scan and go. I just pull off to the side and scan my items, pay, show QR code and off I go. No muss, no fuss! And NO waiting in line.”

“What can I say about Costco? It's Overly crowded, has an overpriced membership and on most products it's actually expensive. And each year everything seems more and more. It feels like it's no longer a good buy for most stuff. What keeps us hooked? Gas Samples, cheap hot dog and generous return policy lol. Warning dont try to use a friend's membership card. They might take your arm if you get caught haha!”
