My battery had gone bad and was under warranty. Carla was awesome and quickly got me set up with a new battery and even got us some food vouchers for the food court while I waited with my 3 boys. A+++

We came this morning to replace a car battery. Ray was extremely helpful, efficient, and effective. I would rate him five stars! The three star rating goes to Bernie, who was very disorganized and inefficient. It was clear that she was very controlling of the technicians, but it was clear her flow slowed things down significantly.
