“Super cute thrift store with a really cool concept! You can rent a booth for $35 a week, and the seller keeps 25% of the sale price. The booths swap out every week. I found a cute dress and a casual tee to take home.”
“They have a selection of men’s suits. The prices are a bit expensive, but good quality. They have an excellent variety of convenient adjustable zip size dress belts that are absolutely worth the price of $35. Very convenient and classy for formal wear.”

I was worried I would feel awkward with a stranger helping me find the right bra, but she made it a wonderful experience (not awkward at all!). One thing I really appreciate is that if there’s ever a line at the register, he’s quick to jump in and help keep things moving. It’s clear he genuinely cares about the customers and goes above and beyond. Ross is lucky to have someone like Tomas on their team!”
“I often go to this location instead of the one by my house because the staff is always genuine and sincere. I work retail too, so I can tell when someone's customer service is over the top and fake. I also like the employee retention, I always see a familiar face when I walk in and I like that. The SM has been there a while and is always friendly and helpful.”

They also have a large home department with unique items. We always seem to find something that we like. It's a very busy store, but they usually
keep a robust staff that keeps the very large line for check out Moving quickly along. Overall its definitely worth a monthly visit to see what you can find.”

“I recently purchased several items online at Maurices. I took a few of the items back to the store to exchange because they didn't fit. While doing the return, I mentioned to the salesperson that I was bummed that I had a problem with another item from the same order, but hadn't brought it with me. It was a sweater that I wore once for an evening out & within a couple of hours of just sitting in a restaurant, had 3 or 4 snags or pulled threads. Without question, she told me to bring it back and they would refund it. So I did that and again without question, they gave me a refund. I was amazed. I didn't even have the tags for the item, but they were able to look it up and took care of it. What great customer service!”

She, ran a nation wide search on her system (my local store said they could only look within the district for some reason) to secure just the outfit I needed! And all over the phone too.
