It’s clear he genuinely cares about the customers and goes above and beyond. Ross is lucky to have someone like Tomas on their team!”

“I love shopping at this t.j Maxx.. They have everything especially with it being connected to home goods. My only problem is the insane check out line that is always extremelyyyy long. Half the time I end up putting back everything I got because of not being able to wait in the checkout line for 30 minutes even though the employees are always kind and try to move as fast as they can.”

There were some nice sleeveless shirts for $19 and lots of items on clearance. Oh, and a very tempting necklace with multicolor stones and a very funky "green chunks of stone" necklace. Fun store!”

She, ran a nation wide search on her system (my local store said they could only look within the district for some reason) to secure just the outfit I needed! And all over the phone too. Went above and beyond expectation. She was also able to secure a hefty discount thanks to ordering through this particular store as it is moving locations.”

“I recently purchased several items online at Maurices. I took a few of the items back to the store to exchange because they didn't fit. While doing the return, I mentioned to the salesperson that I was bummed that I had a problem with another item from the same order, but hadn't brought it with me. It was a sweater that I wore once for an evening out & within a couple of hours of just sitting in a restaurant, had 3 or 4 snags or pulled threads. Without question, she told me to bring it back and they would refund it. So I did that and again without question, they gave me a refund. I was amazed. I didn't even have the tags for the item, but they were able to look it up and took care of it. What great customer service!”
“Pretty nice interior and lay out with clothes tables but lacking men’s active ware overall and specifically small, medium, and extra small. The changing rooms are nice and organized with a table to wait and very polite and responsive service nearby. And the rooms are spacious with lots of privacy.”

“The team at this location is so friendly and helpful. I had lost a receipt over the holidays that I needed, went into the store asked if they could pull the transaction details for me. They took down my contact information and the transaction details and promised a call back with an update. Kathy called me back same day, found the transaction details and had them printed and ready for me to pick up at my earliest convenience. Great customer service received at such a busy time of year in the retail industry, highly recommend this location.”

“At 73, in cancer treatment, had to arrange for a ride and when went into store didn't see any employees. My daughter had to go find someone for me to speak with about the pillow came into store to purchase. That lady was very nice and told me about having to get online, as not carried in store. I did find a large structured crossbody purse that I had been searching for - a pleasant surprise. Will check online now, before getting ride to store - just to save time and gas.”
