“What a fantastic group of people at the Glendale, AZ Enterprise location. I was in need of a rental car over the holidays so I went online and everywhere I looked, there were no cars available except at the airport (which is such a pain unless you're flying in from somewhere). On a chance I called the Enterprise number and they did have cars available at the Glendale location right up the street from me! I booked my reservation and picked up the car with no hassles at all! I even got a free upgrade when no full size vehicles were available. Thank you for making my holidays complete! I will always come back to this location!”

I do not recall the gentleman's name that was helping me out (I think he was there temporarily to help out the branch), but he was extremely kind and helpful. Checking in and returning the car was a breeze - this Hertz location will definitely get my business again.”
