“I rent from Hertz on a regular basis and I always have had a pleasant experience with all of the staff. Each time that I have went to this location upon arrival I was greeted and they let me know that someone would assist me momentarily. The customer service is top tier and all of the employees are very helpful. They do everything they can to get you in and out expeditiously.

Lastly, I must point out an employee by the name of Mariah. When I tell you that she’s awesome that is an understatement. I booked a trip and I had an issue with the 3rd party company that I used to reserve a vehicle. Somehow, my reservation was not in their system and Mariah said don’t worry I’m not going to let you leave without locating you a vehicle even though there weren’t very many to choose from as it was a holiday weekend. Mariah delivered on her promise and found one which enabled me to take my trip as planned. She is very pleasant, professional and goes above and beyond her scope of duties to ensure that once you rent a vehicle you are happy before you leave. I want to commend her for everything she has done for me and that her efforts did not go unnoticed. I won’t go anyplace else to rent a vehicle as I always receive superior service from all of the staff at Hertz on Glendale Ave.”
